This dealership to say the least is full of a bunch salesmen who will insult you and lie between their teeth to do whatever it takes to get them the commission from a sale. DO NOT buy your vehicle from them. To start, my husband saw a truck in their lot when we drove by one Sunday after church. The next day, we went in to speak with someone and look at figures since the truck we had would need to be replaced within a year from a business stand point. We were given Adam. At first he seemed kind and willing to help. My husband really liked him, but I was more reserved. He gave us the shortest test drive of our lives, hardly even allowing us to go more than 30 miles an hour on a backroad with lots of curves. Then he was less than willing to negotiate, and this is when the lies began. Adam told us that when the dealership was looking into your credit they would be soft hits that wouldnt hurt your score. In actuality, they did 5(!) HARD credit hits which took my husbands score down more than 25 points. He then, insulted me by saying I didnt really count towards anything because I was a stay at home mom, even though we file taxes jointly. By this point it had been over 90 minutes and my toddler and infant needed to go home, so we left. I wrote into the dealership and told them I didnt appreciate the lies, and that we wouldnt be back. Unfortunately, my husband did go back because he liked the truck so much. They negotiated down the most minuscule amount possible. We explained to Adam that since we are self employed, we had a few jobs that needed to pay before we could make our downpayment in full. He ASSURED us that our down payment check would not be cashed until he called us and made sure it was ok. We came in 3 times to make partial payments. Then, one day, I looked at my bank account and saw that the dealership had deposited our ENTIRE down payment check even though we only owed $500, basically stealing the other amount. Adam admitted to seeing the check, but thought nothing of it when they deposited it. When I went into the dealership infuriated, they took an insanely long time to figure out how to get me my money back, and even then made me go into York the next day to pick up a check because of their screw up. I will NEVER return to this dealership, and I can only urge you to do the same. They lie, steal, and sweet talk you to do whatever it takes to sell the vehicle. Adam apologized for lying the first time, but didnt the second. I should have stuck to my guns and told my husband "NO" from the very beginning.

I had first contacted Dan the general manager, and had spoke to him about pricing out a lease for a charger hellcat. Being that i am 4 hours away in N.Y. i was a little nervous about coming down based on just words. He had everything drawn up on paper and emailed me the proposed agreement. I called back a few times to confirm and change a few things, and finally put a deposit down for the vehicle. The next day i drove down and had an absolute pleasure of being greeted, and taken care of sales consultant James. James made me feel like i was a friend instead of just a sale. His knowledge, appreciation, and enthusiasm, for what he does made it an unfogetable experience for me. After all applications, and other things were out of the way i was now dealing with the finance manager Nolan. Now at any other dealership this is the person who tries to add extra charges and fees on top the originally negotiated payment, however that was not the case here. He was very professional, calm, and patient with me, and i want to emphasize the patient part, beacause i had a ton of questions, and he responded with clear and easy to understand answers. I was also returning a jeep lease that i was in and they were able to get me out of it a lot ealier than i was supposed to. Overall the team here is second to no one, and they all work together greatly especially for you. I highly recommend them.

I will start with we did not purchase the truck from Apple. However, we do have a newer 2500 with a Cummins. When the recall notices started to roll in, we called two local dealers. One never called back, so I moved on to Apple. They never called back. #1 issue: Why does service not answer a call? It is almost free $$ coming in. I have never called and actually had someone answer the phone. I finally called the Chrysler/Fiat number. They had me an appointment in 5 minutes. #2 Issue: Scheduled the second round of 3 recall repairs. After 2 calls, 2nd finally returned 3 days later. My wife took the truck in and asked for an oil change and was told they did not have time. During the recall work, and while walking around the lot, someone approaches her telling her the inspection is due and that they can do that. HOLD THE PHONE! You do not have time for an oil change but want to do an inspection? Come on! If you live in York/Adams area we are screwed on service for Ram. Stetler is no better, never even called back. So we, the consumer, are forced to continue working with places like this. I would gladly pay more to have good to great customer service.

This dealership is awful. We took my car there to get the heat working again. They "flushed" the heatwr core and gave it back. A few days layer no heat. This cost me almost $500. We took it back and they said they would flush it again. Got a call later that day and were told we needed a $900 heater core replacement on top of what we already paid. We said no and picked it up. While there we demanded a refund and they tried to get me to trade in my car for a $31,000 brand new car. We only got half of the money back for something that didnt work. We ended up taking my car to a radiator specialty place. They flushed the heater core the right way, ran brushes through it and were very thorough. My heat works wonderfully and is so hot now. It only cost me $50 for a proper flush. They said the dealership never actually flushed it the right way. They just dumped some chemicals into it. You have this idea that the dealership will fix the problem and do it right, but not so. I will never go back there again, let alone by a new car there!

I was having issues with my transmission. Every time I called nobody answered and I got voicemail. I left messages every time and NEVER got a callback. Finally I called and when the lady went to transfer me I told her I needed to speak to a person not an answering machine. I was transferred to the service department & I explained to the guy what was going on with my car. He said it sounds to me like it needs an oil change. I said NO it isnt due for an oil change for about 2000 miles and it is shifting really rough. He said "You would know" What a smartass. Guess what it was something to do with the transmission. We dropped it off Thursday and they said they had to order the part. I called several times today to see if it was done & I got the answering machine every time. This place is a joke.
