Purchase a used subaru in Dec they wouldnt negotiate very much on the price but was the only one in a 500 mile radius that was a clutch. ( that is what my son wanted).. Needless to say they have had the vehicle more than he has. Needed the bottom of the motor rebuilt and has been in for the transmission 2 times. Now we are dealing with a title that has the wrong lender name. Update 4/14/2017 car is back a the dealer for the transmission again. However they gave my son who is under 25 and has been getting the oldest cars they can find as a rental a very nice 2016 off the used car lot and a check for 2 car payments. After all this time they are picking up on good customer service. We shall see what happens.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I had a very unpleasant experience from the very beginning. They seem unwilling to do any type of dealings with women. They continuously tried to talk me and my step mother out of the car I wanted because it is a "five speed". After purchasing the car despite the rudeness, they promised us new tires, and to fix the broken cup holder. When we called to schedule the repair, they would not return our phone calls. Shortly after a belt began to squeal, and I had a male family member call in to have them fix it. They claimed they did, and not even 3 days later the squealing came back. I attempted to call again, and have still not gotten a response.

I bought a used car from Lawrence Subaru two years ago and Ive had it serviced there ever since. They sold me a car that has lived up to its billing and they have top notch mechanics who can repair any make or model. They treated me great, quoted me a fair price, and have given my me first rate service on all maintenance and repairs. There are only a few honest dealers in town, and this is one of them. The Lawrence family goes back several gennerations in this area and is an honest family owned business that has withstood the test of time. Before you buy a used car anywhere else I would recommend talking to Lawrence Subaru

In 2015, had a 2004 Forester which needed to be upgraded. Talked w/ Tony - I think the sales manager. Gave me a fair price on trade and threw in mud guards for free. Negotiated added cargo area cover and cargo rack be installed at my expense but dealers cost. Car has been great! Have had it serviced there several times and always pleased. Now negotiating trading my moms van for a used late model Forester. Again a fair trade in price from Steve and they threw in fog lights and cargo area cover to deal - their expense totally. Again a good experience.

the only thing pleasant about my stop today were the looks of the sales person - otherwise he was rather rude - did not seem interested in a sale - almost bothered by me asking for the new cars- the inventory was lousy and after asking for new Subaru Imprezza he just said he does not have them in stock and I need to go somewhere else - and thats just what I did

Took my car in for some service work and for them to troubleshoot some problems I was having. The mechanics know what they are doing and are very knowledgeable. Prices werent the best but thats what you deal with going to a dealer. All in all Id take my Subaru there anytime if I have a problem I cant handle on my own.

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I am not a "car do it yourself person", they answer all my questions without talking down to me. Easy to make appointments, and they do follow up surveys. I would definitely buy another vehicle from them.
