First time and definitely the last time in this store. They sold me defective juice then refused to issue a refund but did offer to mix up a new batch or a store credit. After about 30 minutes of using this juice I had a very difficult time breathing as if it was straight PG. Couldnt take a chance on more juice. About 30 minutes after using the juice my breathing returned to normal. The owner said a return would be a health issue. What about the health issue from the garbage you sold me? I left the opened bottle and 4 unopened bottles at the store. So now Im out my money and the juice. They dont provide any way to test the juice before purchase. That alone is odd. No other vape store that I know of refuses to let you taste it first. But now I see why. They dont put labels on the bottles either which is odd. Check Yelp for another 1 star review. Similar experience. Live and learn. All over $42. Im guessing the 5 star Google reviews for this place are either planted or fake. Especially the latest ones that all came in, in a wave 2 weeks ago and all 5 stars. They are more like short planted testimonials than actual reviews The employee who assisted me was very helpful and polite. All he could do was what the owner told him. I left him a 10% tip. 5 stars for him but 1 star for the owner of this business and 0 stars for the juice.

AWESOME! I stopped by Artisan for what will be the last time and their staff was rude, condescending, and spent 20 minutes telling me I didnt know how to use the vaporizer Ive been using for a year now. I told them Id never be coming back, took a short trip over to Vaporwize, where the friendly, COMPETENT staff helped fix my problem without insulting my intelligence. Mercedez, the chick at the counter not only replaced the faulty, malfunctioning parts I had bought from Artisan, but through her courtesy and understanding, made a customer for life. Artisan walked away from hundreds of dollars of yearly revenue because they werent willing to replace a faulty part worth maybe 3 dollars. I LOVE VAPORWIZE!

I am so refreshed to know that VaporWize is around to provide me with the vaping supplies I need. When I first went there I was met with a festive environment, friendly smiles and people who knew what they were talking about. Trevor, Nora, Amer and the entire staff are amazing. They gave me a discount for being a first time customer and now Im part of a rewards program that gives me points just for swinging by and checking in. That easy! If they dont have the flavor I like their mixologists are masters of flavoring up my latest vaping desires. For now Im hooked on CJ Ice. I highly recommend this place. No vape shop in Dallas comes close.

I was given a vaporizer as a gift and was completely ignorant of the device. I decided I should pick up some supplies through google found this location. The staff was amazing! They told me exactly what I had, let me test out several flavors and I adored their "we are not letting you leave until you know what you are doing" attitude! The customer service was amazing! While one employee was mixing flavors, the other was teaching me about the battery. The atmosphere is very chill and relaxed and I cant wait to go back!

I had a vape emergency during lunch and picked this place at random. The woman behind the counter mixed up some juice for me very quickly. It is hands down one of the best flavors I have had. I was in such a hurry I just wish I could remember it. I am seriously thinking of dropping my regular vendor and switching here even tho its a long drive for me. If your in the area give this place a try... you wont be disappointed.

I went to VaporWise 2 months ago right after quitting smoking. The staff was extremely friendly, and took the time to explain everything I needed to know. I asked a lot of questions about the different atomizers, batteries and liquids, and got to try different combinations to decide which one I liked best. Here we are 2 months later. I am very happy with their recommendations and still cigarettes free. I highly recommend them!!

Absolutely love this place! Have switched to getting all of my vapor products here since I found these guys. They have the best selections of products and flavors. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. You can try all of the different flavors and they can create new mixes right there for you. If you use any type of vapor products or are thinking about it, you should definitely check this place out.

Went In the with very little knowledge about epens or Juuls. Had a very awesome experience there!!! A guy names Tony helped me so much, gave me so much knowledge about different ejuices and convinced me to get a Juul along with a new Ecig. These things are something I am constantly using and probably couldnt live without now. After visiting here I wouldnt go to any other vape shop! One of a kind!

I love vapor wize! They have so many great options of eliquids and the employee by the name of Tony knows what hes talking about! Hes amazing at helping getting what flavor Im desiring and what kind of ecig best suits me! Hes a good conversationist, and I never have a bad experience with this store! the bar is a cool concept the flavors are better then other places Ive been to.but the mixture for fluids are important and when having a mix with high v.g I think it shouldnt be over powering . but over all its good I accidentally went here instead of another on but not disappointed
