All my past experiences with this store have been great - especially the time they helped me purchase my $2400 Razer Blade... They convinced me to go for Microsoft complete warranty and I was happy with a working and insured laptop. Two months ago, my laptops GPU failed and I called Microsoft to use the warranty. The 5 associates I spoke with (over a 2 month period) at the store told me to come in and they would give me a new Blade through complete insurance in store and on the spot. When i arrived, they told me they had no Blades and I couldnt get a replacement... I understood this as the Blade was out of stock everywhere and was told to come back whenever it was back in Stock and they would do an immediate swap out. Fast forward to yesterday and I called again (like I had been everyday to check stock) and the woman at the store told me to come in and promised me a $2400 dollar credit and that they would take the laptop (its still out of stock). Finally happy with this solution after waiting months, I went in today only to have my promise denied because "the machine was under manufacturer warranty." They left me no choice but to take my laptop for a minimum of 10 days and send it to their "depot" to have it "fixed." Ben, the manager, told me that if it wasnt under manufacturer warranty, he wouldve swapped it out for a credit instantly. I am bemused by how careless their representatives are and they misleading information that they give to their customers. Thanks to their carelessness, I am now left without a laptop that I need. Thats not the way to treat a customer who spent thousands of dollars for your product, now is it?

Screw this store and its employees. I drove 30 minutes out of my way to get to this store with my wife, son, and 2 nieces so that we could take part in a promotion that offered a free $25 gift card to anyone who had 3 Microsoft apps on their smartphone. I arrived there with 3 MS apps on my phone and 3 on my wifes phone. I had one goal, to get the 2 $25 gift cards. When all 5 of us walked in the store, I walked up to the associate at the desk and asked about the promotion. Immediately he was rude and dismissive, and said that I would have to sit through a 30 - 45 minute workshop in order to get the gift cards. I had 3 kids with me, no way that was going to happen. He said, "This isnt about giving away free money" and said that I could speak to the manager. The manager said the same thing, even though my phone and my wifes phone were close to dying. I was ganged up on by 3 employees telling me that they had been doing that same process all day, despite the fact that I heard otherwise. Nowhere in the promotional rules does it say that you have to sit through a 0.5 hour long workshop over the MS app of your choice. Thats BS. I left very angry, only to find out from social media that many other people had gone to this same location earlier that day and had been in and out in less than 5 minutes. Until I feel less offended by this whole situation, Im going to give this B&M store hell about the way my wife and I were treated.

Horrible experience. I have been waiting for months to get the Lumia 950 XL. I could have pre-ordered it online. However the associate in the store talked me into getting on the preorder list to pick up the phone on 11/26/15. I waited in line to get into the store. The manager at the store greeted me and told me I could only get a phone if I had a preorder ticket, which I had. However, I had to wait till my number was called to pick up the phone and check out. So i sat in the store for an hour and a half. I looked over the various packages they had for the Surface Book and decided which one to buy with my new phone. My number was finally called, and the young lady told me there were not phones. Its funny how an hour and a half before that moment a manager told me I had what I needed to pick up a phone, and now I was being told something different. That was when they lost me as a customer. I would never refer this store to anyone. If people ask i will tell them to avoid it. They wasted my time, and left me feeling cheated. If this were the only store on the face of the planet I could by Microsoft products from, I would switch to Apple. Shut the store down and just stick with the internet.

(1/3/17) Went there to try the HTC Vive, they first said the system was down and that there were 3 in the line, then another person came in and said there was 1 but that the demo was taking around 20min per person plus the time to fix it so they were not taking anyone else, this was 80 minutes before they close. I just sat outside and watched, their "fix" time took 2 min, and the guy that tested it took around 10min including putting the helmet on. After that they shut it down in 5 min, 65 minutes before they were closed, they clearly had plenty of time for another customer. Looks like they are not interested in promoting the HTC, at least not more than getting ready to go home, 1 hour before they are closed.... (1/4/17) I decided to give it another try, went there and the service we got was much better, the employees were not the same as the day before.

My visit started off great. The lady that helped me get on the schedule was very helpful, then the first gentleman was knowledgeable and also helpful. But after he wiped my computer he left me to go to lunch. From this point it went downhill. There was an employee off the clock standing in the corner and he was hosting on his own time a gaming night. He was very rude and distracting to the other employees. Talking about how he was doing all this for the store but not getting recognized. The boy that they had helping from this point basically walked away and let me completely handle the issue that I came to the store to fix all by myself. I reinstalled the software, I reinstalled the drivers I installed office. This was literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

HOLY GUACAMOLE! My fiance and I went to this store to ask a few of the employees some questions about Dell products, hoping they would be knowledgeable about the Alienware laptops on the market. Not only did the employees lack insight on the products, they gave us 100% false information about their laptops. You would think that they would be trained on this sort of thing... but I guess not? To top it off the last man, Z (the complete liar), seemed as if he had no interest in the conversation. FLAT AFFECT the entire time. His facial expression mimicked that of April from Parks and Rec... I will leave you with this: DO NOT go to the Microsoft store if youre are looking for insight. They have no idea what they are talking about and will feed you bull ****. :)
