The worst service experience I ever saw.. you can get better service at a dept store! There was this guy who was extremely rude!! I was looking at a product and the prices were not changed on them and had the discounted price listed for more than a day after it expired. The product had a discount on a certain color and not the other colors available. My husband and I were just confirming the price and were going to let the customer services know about it and get a (possible) discount on it as it was their mistake to not have changed the tabs.We were ok if they didnt give us a discount but then we thought if not a discount on a certain color we might as well get the color we wanted. In this process there was this sales guy who offered to help us. We told him the problem...he chked it and said that the tabs are not changed, etc. But during the whole conversation his tone was very rude. We decided to ignore it and went to customer services. We got the discount and the customer services ppl were very helpful. So now this guy comes there and says something pretty rude...something that meant that we successfully convinced the customer services to give us a discount and we were kinda cheap. He said we should give them time to change the tabs. Get a vacation and do ur housekeeping dude was what we thought..We were so angry at this guy that we talked to the manager and he did help us out and said that they were sorry. But even if the customer service and the manager was good we will rethink going to this store again! Sales ppl should be well behaved with customers..esp when they are good to u! We have bought a lot of things from this store before but we never had this kind of experience. We wont be loyal customers to this store in the future.

I took my Mac into this Best Buy and had to complain through the Better Business Bureau in order to have them agree to resolve my issue. The store managers were both quite nice. But, let me tell you, the store associates have been horrendous. I was hung up on and yelled at by one of the customer service agents. The supervisor of the Geek Squad, Reva, has a horrendous attitude towards customers. Additionally, when I went in to have my repairs logged, another geek squad agent, Farah, gave me a nasty attitude. As she entered my login information, I went to say hello to a friend I saw, and she sent an associate and a manager running after me. When I asked her why she had done that she explained to me my actions were "fishy." I dont know if this was because I am African American, but I gave her a look and asked her if I was under surveillance for some reason. She said "no" and when I told her having me followed in the store was unacceptable and I am free to say hello to a friend she said "And Im free to make sure youre watched." If you want a place that understands what customer service is, do NOT go to this Best Buy. Its a shame that only managers know how to deal with customers.

If I could rate no stars i would! We spent nearly $5000 dollars for appliances and the mishaps started there! First of all, they nickel and dime you to death on extra cost and you cannot say no or they wont install. Secondly, the installer of our microwave called and said he was coming at 10. He was supposed to pick up the microwave. He did not and then told us he was not coming back today, even though it was his fault! Thirdly, the delivery people were supposed to be at our house between 3-7. They were suposed to call before they come. We went to run errands and we never got a call. The delivery man left and we were told by Natalie from customer service the merchandise had already been delivered back to the warehouse. This was at 6. Then Natalie said we couldnt be given first priority the next day, even though she admitted the company and its drivers failed to do their job. Now we have a whole box of food that will spoil and aggravation beyond belief!! I will NEVER NEVER step foot in this Best Buy again!!!!

This store is absolutely awful when it comes to customer service. I walked by so many associates and not one seems to know how to greet. Then I stood in the laptop area waiting for the associate who was helping someone else to become available. When he was done, he walked by two other gentlemen who were also waiting, and asked them if they needed help, but when he walked by me, he completely ignored me - and it wasnt until I literally stared him down as he walked away that he had the decency to come back and ask if I needed something. Then, as I walk out, there 5+ associates standing at the door chatting it up, and I literally had to walk through them because they were blocking the exit, yet, lo and behold, no one had the courtesy to say anything. The customer service is truly unacceptable. I have made numerous calls to corporate offices to recognize exceptional customer service, and this time around, I plan to make my first call to corporate to complain about the awful service.

Reallly sorry experience Geek Squad changes are far from customer friendly. I called store on Wednesday to get in-home Wi-Fi fixed. Was told I had to come to store to schedule in-home service. Went to store on Thursday. 2 agents were busy evidently training other customers and totally ignored myself and another customer. Our presence was totally ignored for over 15 minutes and when one of the agents finished what he was doing and found that I wanted to schedule in-home service, he said I would have to wait 15-20 minutes because they were very busy (no other customer in line). He then said I could go home and call the 800 number that was pre-printed on a slip of paper that I presume they hand to other customers that they dont want to spend their valuable time on. When I called the 800 number, I had a hard time getting the agent to re-establish my wi-fi. I am a long time (24 years) customer looking for a new tech business.

I bought an iPhone5 at this store. Initially they said they didnt have it and called another store which said they had some. I went there and they couldnt find any. They had one shipped from Sherman and after an hour and a half wait for their understaffed mobile phone sales staff finally got the phone. They said they waived the activation fee and would apply my corporate discount. I asked for them to include insurance. When I got my first bill it was for 2x what it should be. I called AT&T and the activation fee, corporate discount, and insurance were all missing. After about an hour on the phone I got it all settled but had come to within a few days of not being eligible for any of it. (has to be within first 30 days). In general, the Best Buy operation was poorly run, understaffed, had poor communications with AT&T, and nearly cost me a lot of money. Go straight to AT&T, Best Buy is not a good middle man.
