I visited this store earlier this week.Looking for ink for my wifes HP printer.She was busy making Christmas cards and ran out of ink.It was early in the morning i asked a young man stocking for help,I couldnt quite remember our printers model number. He was nice said he would get his manager. After about twenty minutes this lady walked up I think she said her name was Maria. She was very short with me and bluntly stated that because i couldnt remember what type of HP printer my wife and I had that she couldnt help me.Needless to say it was very unpleasant and the way I felt leaving was horrible. My wife and i will never visit an office max again.

I received a coupon for 20% off in-store for Office Max and I was going to buy a tablet. The lady told me that this coupon was fake. She didnt even try to scan it. I asked her for the number for the corporate office. I called and a customer service representative picked up. The lady in the phone at least tried to make it right but I told her I was going to take my business somewhere else. They should have tried making it right the first time around. I drove to three different Office Max in my area looking for that tablet, and this store finally had it in stock. What a waste of my time will NEVER shop at any Office Max ever again.

My experience with getting business cards made has definitely not been the best. Way overpriced and highly unprofessional. There is one guy who knows what hes doing, but the system they use is very ineffective

Great place to run in and grab something but they are on the expensive side. I like that its there for when I need something quick but for the most part I buy else were because of the price
