This would have to be the worst office supply store Ive ever been to. Our office just moved to the Woodlands this year and I have frequented this location several times in the past couple weeks trying to get ready for our conference. Every time I have been in there, the employees are way under trained, unorganized and a couple are rude. I wasnt planning on writing a review over it though, until today....... Last week I had returned an online purchase and was given the incorrect amount back. I didnt notice until I did my expense report. I went back up there to get the correct amount back and not only did it have to go through FOUR employees because no one knew how to handle it. The manager himself was on the defensive side. I went in with no judgement, I figured it would be somewhat difficult(non regular) process, no big deal. The managers reasoning was that I didnt have my receipt when I returned the product. I told him that I had handed the cashier the paper that I had received with the item, if that paper was not sufficient for a receipt then they should have said something. The receipt was on my phone in my emails. So not only did the original cashier not ASK if I had my receipt before giving me the price as is, the manager was quite defensive as if I was trying to pull a fast one.

I went to print off my sons birthday party invites after trying CVS and them coming out horribly. I was dreading spending so much money but I wanted them to look good so I went to Office Depot. I had amazing customer service (I wish I could remember her name, she was excellent) and it ended up being about a third of what I was expecting price-wise. I will always use them in the future for my printing needs, I was very impressed. Wish their envelopes were a little cheaper, their selection of sizes wasnt as good as I was hoping but their printing services were wonderful.

I went in to this particular store looking for some labels that I havent been able to find anywhere. A manager named Dale approached me and asked me if I needed help. After explaining what I needed he said that I would probably have to order them online If they had them. He then asked me how many I needed, and without hesitation said hang on a minute and let me see if I have some we use here at the store. He went to the back and brought out the exact ones I needed and wouldnt charge me anything. They actually werent for resale. I left an extremely happy customer!

The store was clean and had a good selection. It was empty the day I went and there were at least 5 employees and 2 shoppers. Despite several employees walking past me numerous times, not a single one asked if I needed assistance. I opted to go elsewhere than to ask because what I needed wasnt unique to that store. Customer service; it sells.

Great customer service! I had my wedding programs printed here, and the young lady in the copy and print department was awesome. They were out of the basic cardstock that I needed, so she upgraded me to the nicer paper with no charge. 175 programs printed and cut in less than 10 minutes.

I like the fact that they offer a good selection of office items, however, their products and services are pricey, which makes a trip to Office Depot one that is made out of necessity only. For this reason, I give the place 4 stars.

It doesnt seem to be much foot traffic in places like this anymore. They sent me to another store to pick up a chair that they didnt have in stock.
