Ive been using Skelton Business Equipment for just over two years now. I was referred to them by a good friend, and have since gone on to refer them to two other friends of mine that happened to be looking at buying a new printer. To find something negative to say about this company would be an impossible task for anyone who has dealt with them. They are the best at what they do, and that goes for absolutely every individual working there that Ive had the pleasure of speaking with; from the wonderfully sweet lady that answers when I call, to the highly experienced and intelligent installation and sales people. Ive had one single issue with my printer since I bought it over two years ago, and that was because a tree fell near my warehouse and ripped our internet line out.. Meaning it had NOTHING to do with Skelton, yet when I called for help they answered immediately and calmly walked me through how to fix the issue once my internet was back up and running. Comcast wouldnt even answer my call without 10 minutes of elevator music and waiting for a robot to tell me which number on my keypad to press. TL;DR: Skelton is the only way to go when it comes to any businesses printing/MFP needs. Ask for Collin if hes available, the man is a wizard as far as Im concerned!
