Yesterday, 04/27/2015, I walked into this store with 400$, intent to purchase, and the ability to use an employee discount. I was in the market for either a Tablet, or a Chromebook. So upon entering I head straight for the display of laptops and tablets. And I wait. And then I wait. And for good measure, I wait some more. After about 20 minutes I decide to wander the store a bit. During this whole process Ive made eye contact with every employee willing to chance a look my direction. After wandering a bit I return to tablets/laptops. Ive now been spotted there twice, perhaps I want to buy one? And then I wait. NO SERVICE! You have a person who intends to make a purchase, and you completely ignore them! I decided to drag the manager out of his back room hiding place (store #1900 by the way) and let him know how I was treated. Very nicely I state I walked in with 400$, an employee discount, and was not able to be served! Office Depot is just down the street, Ill be bringing my business there. The manager really did not seem to care, which makes sense honestly. None of the employees seemed to care either, so look at their leader. Terrible. In case anybody is wondering, I purchased my Chromebook and gadgets at Office Depot and couldnt be happier with their service.

I tried to print some material at Staples today and got very disappointed by service. I stopped by and attempted to place my order, then got informed that it takes at least 1 (one) hour for my order to be completed! Although, the desired size of the print was large, I needed just 1 copy, no correction, regular paper. It is just one-click work! And I was the only customer at that time. Associate even didnt offer me a rush service for extra charge. The most irritating part is that I called them in advance (I was calling around and comparing prices), they didnt tell me anything about time needed for 1 copy to be printed! "Come on, stop by us, we offer the lowest price!" Yep, maybe the lowest price, but poor service.

I used to love going to the Lincoln Staples for my printing needs. Their prices were good and the service was phenomenal! That is, until they lost their best employee, Heath. Since Heaths departure (not sure if it was voluntary or not) the service in the copy center has gone downhill. The employees are incompetent and inexperienced and very unwilling to help. I have since gone back to printing at Kinkos, and I would recommend that you do too. Sure the prices are higher, but at least their employees know what theyre doing.

I LOVE the prices at Staples and have been getting all my business prints done at this location for 4 years now which has stacked up to thousands of dollars. Whoever the new short haired blond woman is working the print section is an AWFUL, ANGRY, UNHELPFUL WENTCH. Fire her and Ill return or maybe force her to smile, be pleasant, and nice to the customer.

Very Poor Customer Service - Spoke with Melissa at the copy center and front start to finish it was clear that she was doing me a favor just to speak with me. Sent my copies electronically to be printed and asked for a call back when received. And never got a call back- Been to other stores and this store was by far the worst

Normally Staples is a go-to place, but yesterday I needed to use the bathroom. It was filthy. Its obvious it hasnt been serviced in days, and even then, not thoroughly. Then I noticed the drinking fountain and it was similar. Even though the store was shiny, this bathroom visit was revealing.

This store is really nice. It has a great layout and its very open. This is my favorite staples I have been to. I had not realized how nice staples selection was till I went to this staples. I highly recommend this staples

Poor customer service. I drove all the way to the store to get an item that was listed on line as in stock and on sale. They didnt have that brand and refused to substitute the other brand. No apologies whatsoever.

Love the new leather chairs I ordered for the office lobby. I stopped in the store to look at one. They had to order them but they arrived in 2 days. Very impressed with Lincolns newest office supply store!
