I purchased a color printer approximately 2 months ago and the display stopped working properly. After trying unsuccessfully to get the product to work I took the printer back to the Tulsa Hills location and was told that I only had 14 days to return the product. This is an unreasonable amount of time for returns. Products that fail within 2 months of purchase should be returned to the location and refunded by the retailer. Staples clearly does not support their products and I will never shop at Staples again. Additionally I will put on social media my complaints.

The "helpful staff" can be rather hit-or-miss at this particular location. Sometimes theyre incredibly helpful with whatever your need may be...other times, youll feel blatantly ignored. Do with that what you will!
