I bother Larry Cloy every few months with various problems such as excessive junk mail or spam and he comes out with clever ideas to make my computer usage more pleasant. Recently I bought a Dell PC from Best Buy where it was written all over "Protected by Symantec", etc. Confidently I took it home and there appears a sign saying "I needed to download "Driver Assist". This message was in appearance coming directly from "Dell Computers". This thing hides away any chance it gets. I went to Best Buy and one of the geeks knew right away we were dealing with a "root kit" . Umm I thought! Werent they supposed to load up antivirus before I bought the new PC? In the meantime I had contaminated my Toshiba laptop which had just been repaired. From now on, Larry gets all my business. I like to argue with him, sometimes. Thats just me.

After two days of tinkering with my PC, trying to figure out what I had done when I opened it up and cleaned it, I had enough. I decided to call My PC First Aid. Larry asked me what the problem was and told me to bring my tower in that day. When I arrived I went more into detail about my situation. I explained that I had removed the processor fan and was unable to reconnect it properly due to the pins that needed to be aligned. Larry explained what my problem was and showed me exactly how to resolve it. Within 5 minutes my pc was up and running again. I am so very greatful. The next time I have any issues with my pc I know exactly where Im taking it.

My laptop kept overheating,and I was worried that it would break permanently. I decided to take it to My PC First Aid. Larry was very helpful and had my computer fixed in about 10 minutes. Since then, I have not had it overheat once. My experience there was pleasant, and if I ever have computer problems again, I know where to take it.

Larry is a super nice guy. Let me come in and test a harddrive I suspected was damaged beyond repair. Gave me some super useful advice on the many options for daata recovery, and even what steps I should take to recover the lost data. Didnt charge me a penny. 1st class care, and 1st class service.

Larry was awesome. I dropped by without an appointment and he was still able to fix my sons pc by the end of the day. He also let me know that another pc I had wasnt worth repairing. I highly recommend working with them for any of your computer repairs in Tomball or surrounding areas.
