I was recommended by a friend to go here because of the cheap prices to fix a virus, which I had gotten trying to fill out scholarships. I had to go back to the store after the virus was taken off because the volume wasnt working and the screen was displayed upside down. I still left pretty happy because it was so much cheaper than Best Buy, until I noticed a week or two later that there was a small shatter at the top of my brand new hp envy which caused a crack to slowly run all the way down the screen over time. This is my first laptop and I have been nothing but extremely careful, always keeping it in a laptop case and everything. Very upset customer.

This business advertises that they will purchase used & unwanted computers. I found this to be inaccurate. I brought in a used laptop (still working, good condition), and they would not even place an offer for it. Before I could even finish describing it, the owner/manager informed me he would not consider placing an offer, as he had a surplus of computers. He recommended using Craigslist instead. I understand the ebb & flow of inventory, but if they are unwilling to offer anything at all, they cannot say they "buy/trade" computers.

These guys are the best hardware store you will find around here. Though being realistic, online prices are better. Thats just the sad truth. However, if you want the parts now this is the place to go. They offer a decent size selection at a reasonable price. People were friendly and very helpful. I wish the best to this place.
