In response to the owners cents about Kiku and Diana, Im wondering how you got the information to respond to this. My husband bought the computers those girls never went into the store. And yes Diana timeline was off a little but not much. I did not pay the 20 fee because I had problems with the computers from day 1. I find it hard to beleive that you had that many of those units maybe you did. But whatever the case what we bought was junk and you knew it when we had to take the back just after Christmas. You just did enough to keep the units going for the 30 day warentee.

my mom and dad had got computers from here for christmas. my sister has a big thing about not taking care of her computers. i take good care of them. mine lasted one month and 15 days.my sisters broke 15 days before mine. my brother is very good with computers.he fixed mine for a day. we took my computer to get a repair. he could not fix them and told me my mother board crashed and broke and we had to get a new computer. yeah thanks for a nice holiday. i know know that kiku honda wrote a review about it having the same problem. if you see a a tv advertisement DO NOT GO THERE.

Im not really sure about buying systems pre-built as was mentioned in other reviews, but my experience was great. I know quite a bit about computers being a software developer and having built a few. My GPU in my desktop went bad and I brought it in around 5 to be tested. I got a call before noon the next day with results. The guy was super friendly and knows what he is talking about. 20$ is pretty cheap for a diagnostic fee and he gave me good advice on a warranty. Will be going here next time if I cant fix it myself.

My parents bought my sister and I Laptops from here for Christmas. They did not last 30 days before they has to be taken in for repairs. My parents bought my sister and I laptops for Christmas. About May my laptop crashed we took it in and he told us that the motherboard crashed and there was nothing he could do about it. One month laiter the same thing happened to my sisters computer. Thank you same day for a Merry Christmas

Terrible service. Missed my flight because of this fools. They lied they open at 9:30 am. Dont ever use them. They are not reliable.
