Computer wouldnt reboot into windows.. I took it to Robert. They said they would look at it and call. On Tuesday no call about what problem might be. I called back that afternoon to find out no one looked at it. I picked it up on Wednesday morning. When I walked in they just handed the computer to me without saying a word. Went to the Geek Squad at Best Buy. Turns out the Harddrive was defective and would need to be replaced my HP. I got all that done within 20 minutes.

Took my wifes computer there when it booted to a blue screen. They had it fixed the same day. Turns out Windows 10 is buggy and likes to gliche as they said theyve had several other people with the same problem, and another guy walked in with the same problem while I was standing there. Thanks!
