In regards to terrible chat support etiquette and claimed experience where there is none. Poor. I needed to find out if Heartland had a product in stock. I used the chat option rather than call. Why bother with calling when you can quickly send a message and get a response immediately? I provided a sufficient description of my problem and even had a link to amazon with an example of the product I needed. I just needed it right away, not two days from now. I was willing to pay any cost to get it to me. I was questioned several times on what exactly I needed AFTER I showed this person what I needed. I was then sent pictures of two products, one of which was what this person BELIEVED I needed, and one product that was the style I needed, BUT, it did not have the signal strength I needed. This was clearly written on the package, and in the first few lines of chat I explained how far I needed to run a cable. After an hour of talking, half of which was unexplained dead time because I received no reply on the chat window, I had to be the one to determine that they did not have the product I needed. I then proceeded to inform this support person that due to this amount of wasted time, I would not be coming back for any of their services or products. In reply I received an Omg, I was trying to help. I was told I was chatting with a person with 22 years of experience, but the knowledge and etiquette that was revealed to me was that of a teenager.

My old computer was a HP, which went bad after 1 year & 2 days, which meant it went 2 days beyond the 1 year warranty. I had Heartland Computer built me a new desktop computer. This one is 100 times better, it runs a great deal faster, & they put my old favorites & desktop icons into the new computer. They also brought over a new router, my old one was 7 years old & required constant restarting. They sell you want you need, they donot try to oversell you. They go beyond what you would get from a Best Buy. They take their time to explain what you need. They are professional & their customer service goes beyond any other place I did business with. They are a great place to do business-I just wish every place I have purchased other items would be this good.

Very professional and outstanding work. I bought a printer and never printer the way it supposed to be printed since it was new. Finally I gave up spending my time figuring out how to printer. So, I decided to call Heartland Computer and Roger came and fix pre existing problem in printer. Now my printer works properly. Next my computer took a dump. Nothing came in my screen. Did not know what the hell was wrong with it. So, I decided to take my computer to them. They diagnose right way and fix the issue immediately while I was waiting. Now everything is working the way supposed to be. He even came to my place around 7:30 pm and helped me and taught me few thing about browsers for FREE. I am very happy and will recommend to anyone.

I had lost all my personal and professional files on an external hard drive. I was frantic. I took my external hard drive and my computer in to get looked at. I had the best customer service ever. They loaned me a computer while mine was getting looked at, and informed me step by step what was happening with my devices. They worked extra hours to make sure I was able to get my computer back within 24 hours. On top of them fixing my computer they taught me little tricks and tips on how to make my job easier. He even went above and beyond and helped me with my website. These guys are not just good at their job, but so helpful and completely professional! I would recommend this company to all my friends and family!

Raj and his Crew are Awesome! I started my own General Contracting Business. I needed a Website, Cloud Storage, Professional Email, Anti-virus and general clean-up. They were very fast and explained in detail, all the new procedures and made sure we could understand everything. They also made our new Windows software more user friendly. We found Roger to be very knowledgeable about computers and patient in answering questions, as well as explaining the workings of computers when needed. This was one of the best experiences. Roger @ Heathland computers is the best. He came down to fix our computer, we had some issues. He didnt only fix our computer. He taught me so much. Then too we had problems with our WiFi. He came down and of curse fixed that, reconfigured , it so that it made it easy for us. He is so GREAT to share his knowledge. I would recommend him, giving him huge thumbs up.

Fantastic one stop computer Service. Hardware, Software, Tech Support, Customer Builds. Roger has done it all for me at one time or another. Always prompt returning calls or showing for appointments. In home service calls or bring to his office. I cant commend Heartland Computer high enough. He just finished a high end custom gaming system for me that is blazing fast!

My computer was running poorly but I found Heartland Computer and with great cooperation my problems were quickly fixed. The charges were very reasonable. Some follow up was needed a week later on an unrelated issue and it was also taken care of completely. I would strongly recommend their services to anyone in need of help with their computers.
