Absolutely the BEST service ever! We cant say enough fantastic things about Tony. He is the diamond NOT a cubic zirconium!! We took our 2nd computer in to Tony to have repaired. We had purchased this computer from a second-rate computer place in LaVista. It was non-functioning within a year. We obviously had been "taken" and had overpaid for this piece of junk. TONY to the rescue! He didnt just repair this computer, he made us a deal on a better computer and transferred all of our information from the old computer to the newer computer. He explained everything he was doing in detail and in terms we could understand. He treated us with respect and took the time to listen to us. WOW! There are very few businesses out there anymore that have this level of expertise and actually respect their customers like Tony does. He is the ultimate professional, is courteous AND has very reasonable rates! If there were more stars in the above rating, Tony would be off the chart! We are taking our bigger and older computer back to Tony in a few weeks for a tune-up and even our newer Netpad for him to work on! Im actually looking for more of our electronics to take to Tony because hes THAT GREAT! We wont go anywhere else EVER again! Thanks, Tony! We HIGHLY recommend him to everyone who needs their computer serviced or repaired OR even needs a new computer! Thanks Tony...see ya soon!

I have only done a handful of reviews before but I am so frustrated with this *business*. Back in April my boyfriend dropped off his laptop to be fixed, they said they would open it up and try to figure it out. (The screen blinked on and off) We called them repeatedly trying to get updates on the laptop, since they never called us. It was always one thing after another. Need to order this part and that part, need the money now so we can order the stuff to fix it. (Which was paid) We were repeatedly told it would be ready in a few hours (so we could pick it up that day, they just had to put it together), to a couple days, to a week. We live an hour and a half away, and came to pick up the laptop at least five or more times. One minute, it was yes come get it, just let me put it together first, give me a couple hours, so we would find something to do in the meantime, only to be told they didnt get it done. So then it was, we will finish it then mail it to you..... Back and forth like this for almost 4 MONTHS!!!!! I would not suggest this place. To be fair, I think they did refund all the money we spent on it. But still, the run around, no communication, saying it will be ready and never was, went and picked it up today and still had to wait almost an hour, because it still wasnt put together..... If you choose this place I hope they do better for you.

Im older and had just received my first laptop ever. Yes, ever. I just started back work this year after being a housewife for the last 9 years. My laptop arrived new and loaded with windows 8. Needless to say I was already technology challenged, and now had an operating system that was absolutely horrible. During my frustration with my laptop, I broke it (only having it for 10 days). I was having an extremely bad day as it was and now my laptop was broke. I went into AME computers crying and looking absolutely distraught. Tony was working at the front desk upon my arrival. Tony so kindly reached his hand out to mine and said "it will be ok mam, its just a laptop". He was so kind and graceful under the circumstances. Not only did they fix my computer but, Tony helped me by installing windows 7 (much more user friendly). Thanks to Tony I am now up and running and catching up with technology. I couldnt have done it without him. Also, Tony price matched what I had already paid for the laptop and did not charge above that price. I know Tony had to at least took off $80 off the repair and new products installed on my laptop. As a single mom of two, penny pinching is a necessity! Hence, the reason I sat on an HP pavilion for 3yrs, let it collect dust, and was literally going to throw it in the dumpster after something got spilled on it (it failed to function properly after that) because I was thinking it was too expensive to repair. Boy was I WRONG! I would have trashed an $800 laptop but Im glad I went to them. $50 later I find out it was only my keyboard! These guys are impressive! The workmanship, service, prices, and down to earth type of man he is (the owner), makes this one of my best money well spent stories! The MAIN THING ALL SHOULD KNOW is they ARE NOT AFTER YOUR MONEY!! The owner wont steer ya wrong, and if he thinks youll be losing out for what ever reason, hell tell ya!! In fact, I was so impressed with their work they did on my laptop, I brought in an old HTC Vivid with a bad charging port and within days it was fixed and running normally again!! This guy not only knows what hes doing but he knows how to run a business and run it well he does! Its worth a shot to dig out those dusty electronics youve shoved in the junk drawer and see what hes got to say! You wont be upset or let down. I promise!

So I decided that I was going to build my first computer myself several weeks ago and with the help of a friend I was able to buy all the correct and compatible pieces and then I started the weekend project of putting it together... Needless to say being a first time builder I spent hours on the carpet with manuals all around reading and reading. When I finally thought I had it put together correctly it wouldnt start! I wasnt surprised as I had the feeling I got in over my head several hours into the process... I came on down to AME computers down the road and shared my frustrations. There were diagnostics he could run but he was kind enough that he just spent time out of his workday to almost give me a quick lesson and a set of procedures I should run through. This free lesson broadened my knowledge well enough that I went home and in another 45 minutes I was installing Windows on my computer! I was so thankful for his help that I went back to the shop several days later to let him know how happy I was. This is a great place with someone who really cares about customers or in my case, a kid who was just having some issues and needed some advice!

I teach college online from my home computer and this little box is my only means “of going to work” and this morning while attempting to clean my PC I accidently pulled out three of the ribbon connections. Really bad and there was nothing I could do to get these back together. The first place I went said they could fix it but not today… I have to be on here today and tomorrow and over the weekend for my students so that was not going to work. The guy gave me a tip to see Tony at AME and said he might be able to get me in today. Well to make a long story short, Tony is the MAN! He understood my unique issue perfectly and had me back up and running in less than an hour and a half! This is the first time I have needed to seek professional computer help, but I can tell you all with 100% certainty, the next time I am in need of anything dealing with my computer, it will be Tony and AME who will be seeing my smiling face once again! Thanks again Tony and I will see you again real soon to create my back-up machine! Keith
