This place is a joke, Doug Watts is the owner. I believe he wrote his own review down below. Not too long ago this place had a F rating with the BBB. Customer service is horrible. They sale a bunch of old junk macs that look like they have been beating horribly. 30 days on repairs is reasonable but if its on day 31, come on you should be a man and fix it just to make people feel good about doing business with you. I just went in to buy a cheap inexpensive item and when I got there, they no longer stock that item. But the website said it was in stock. The people who work there look less than reputable as well. If you have no choice but to do business with them then do what you must. But if you can take it somewhere else then do it. I keep saying I will never go there again, and I think today was the final straw that hopes that place finally goes out of business.

What a RIP!!!! Bought a TV that allegedly was never opened with a full manufacture’s warranty. TV came, set it up and it had a 3/4” vertical strip of dead pixels. Phoned MegaWatts and was told either ship it back or deal with Visio. Phoned Visio and they said that the TV was sold from Sam’ Club four months earlier, so NO MANUFACTURE’S WARRANTY. Visio said MegaWatts is not authorized dealer and CANNOT offer manufacture warranty. At that point I lost all faith in MegaWatts, filed a Paypal claim to be sure I got my money back. The carton and packing foam that the TV came in from Megawatts was in such poor shape I had to ship TV back to Megawatts using carton from replacement TV I ordered from Best Buy. Conclusion; Paypal five out of five stars, Megawatts zero...

Originally, I was excited about Mega Watts because of their low prices compared to repair work done by the Apple Store. Unfortunately, their repairs caused further complications with my computer - they replaced the disk drive, and I couldnt get it to function. I came in a few days after my 30 days warranty (which I was unaware of - I guess I signed a paper about that, but no one verbalized this to me ever), and they refused to fix it without charging me for a new repair. Inconvenient hours, friendly staff, but I will never do business with them again. Extremely frustrating experience - I recommend looking elsewhere unless its a very SMALL repair job.

Bought a used 27 inch Imac for my business. It is phot and video heavy and it hasnt let me down. I purchased additional memory also. It had to be ordered but was in quickly. I have never had anything but good experience with them. Had a project come up that required portability and purchased a MacBook pro from them also. They have stood behind all purchases. I really believe that those that do not have good experiences shoulder some of that blame by not paying attention to policies. There are definitely situations where the customer is not always right. They will bend over backwards to help you, but they like myself run a business.

Shipping was extremely fast!!! It took a couple days, at most. Laptop was graded as a C but it looked brand new to me. I have been recommending the website to other teachers at my school that want a Macbook but cant spend two grand for a new one. $300 and I have a fast and reliable laptop, cant do much better than that!!! Also, Kim at Megawatts is extremely efficient, she has been very helpful as I have ordered two laptops from them already. Jared

Waited for a computer repair for three weeks without a single call (or returned call after numerous voicemails) to explain the wait. After being told that my computer would be repaired on the third week and going to pick it up they informed me that they had lied and never recieved the part needed for the repair. No apology. Terrible customer service and an enormous waste of time. I will stick with the Apple Store from now on.

We bought a used G5 there with a 30 day guarantee. Had to take it back the next day for thermal calibration...and the day after and the day after. They pulled 3 other G5s off the floor each one had a different problem. I live 90 minutes away, have a business that depends on my computer and this was a major issue for me. I got my money back and went straight to the Apple store and bought a brand new one.

I was treated more like an imposition than a valued customer. When I asked tech for an approximate time period for repair, I was given a response in an almost "eye-rolling" manner. My phone was there for 7 days and no one contacted me to give me updates. I initiated all communication. They were not personable at all. I dont know how they stay in business. I would never recommend them to anyone.

They WILL rip you off. They do not care about customer needs at all. I was a long time customer and they sold me a used computer with bad Wi-fi and did nothing to remedy the situation. Then they charged me $60 to do a return! On a deficient computer. And they were rude and obnoxious on top of all that. That place sucks. Stay far away. Amazon will give you better service than those A-holes.

I have used Mega Watts twice in the last year. My old macbook was falling to pieces. It was going to cost $300 + to fix it. Then I noticed a bigger better faster model at an astonishing price. And, they traded my old one in for the repair price! I find their repair prices reasonable and their staff very helpful and nice. I def recommend this company to my friends. Thanks Megawatts!

What I love most is that when I share with them what I want...THEY LISTEN...they dont try to upsell this or add on that...they simply listen to what I wish to accomplish and then provide THE RIGHT tool. Wonderful, quick service when I needed a new disk drive for my 2011 iMac. Friendly, knowledgeable staff help you with anything you need. Great prices on what they sell; everything from older accessories for PowerPC Macs to the latest Retina MacBooks. If you need Apple products or accessories in Tulsa, you need to go to MegaWatts.

Theyve always been amazing with customer service. I had a problem with my computers electrical cord...they gave me a new one. Ive even gone there with computer questions on the Apple computer I got there. Theyre ALWAYS friendly and helpful. A neat place!

New parts warrantied 90 days and die in 120 days. Also they do not respond well to customer complaints. Im out more money on a simple power cable than I would have been if Id simply bought it from Apple. Displeased owner of 5 macs.
