I took my laptop in to Tech Today because I was concerned about its slowing performance. Andrew greeted me, listened to my concerns and then proceeded to tell me what he planned to look at to rectify the problem. It sounded like it would be a long job. Three hours later, the computer was done. Performance improved! The most valuable thing I got was AndrewSullivan explanation of all he did and how to keep the machine running . ..like a well oiled machine. Andrew is personable, knowledgeable and well deserving of his high Google ratings.

Andrew is talented. He gave me some tips on computer maintenance that will extend the life of my laptop. Prices are uber good. If you cant get to him, he can help you remotely. Recently, I had trouble networking printers at the office and he came to us. This guy is amazing in customer service and knowledge.
