The Computer Hospital fills the gap between onsite IT specialist and the way most small businesses do it, an inconsitent patchwork of "Do It Yourselfer" business owners and employees who "know something about computers" implementing half baked solutions they found on some blog mixed with advice they picked up from the salesmen at the computer store. Frequent data losses, half the machines spend half their time bogged down with malware and viruses or just not working at all. The Computer Hospitals Jaime, Greg, Brandon, Sean, Velma and more. Best customer service/value ever. For 6 years now Computer Hospital has provided consistent support for Specialized Auto Repair, Galleria area motor vehicle service business. 6 XP workstations, data server, shop manager software on all, overlapping link software to parts ordering, accounting, marketing apps, some machines with dual boot, some with dual monitor, 4 printers each doing different functions. Portable Wifi hotspot as Comcast backup. These guys never cease to impress with their flexibility helping small business solve problems, all for dramatically less than than it would cost to have a full time or even part time professional on staff. Providers like "Geek Squad" can at times be helpful but its almost impossible to maintain relationship with a tech familiar with your systems and your needs. As such, your staff has to spend and pay for substantial time bringing new tech up to speed every time you have a problem. The Computer Hospital is the optimum business partner for small business in Houston.

Sanford is not only knowledgeable but professional and courteous. Its a pleasure to meet a techie with the ability to patiently explain a problem and its possible solutions--to a business person who just wants her/his computer to work. Sanford repaired a hot rod gaming computer for me that mysteriously shutdown frequently, causing numerous corrupted disks etc. Internet company I purchased it from gave up on it as did locals. I was ready to throw it away when I took it to Sanford. What a pleasant experience....FIXED, INEXPENSIVELY! Dont fool with anyone else. He treats your machine and money like it was his.

This company is courteous, prompt, efficient and effective in handling issues you may have with your computers. Dale did a fine job for a very reasonable price in diagnosing my hard drive problem...then copying my many files, and placing them into my new hard drive after installing it. Well done.
