I will never go anywhere else ever again. These guys know what they are doing, and they get it done right, the first time. I can personally recommend Carl, one of their employees, he is a computer genius. If he cant find a way to do it, then it cant be done. lol Seriously though, these guys are very reliable in regards to pick up times and quoting the amount of time to complete the work. Normally they tell you that return time is 24-48 hours, but it rarely takes that long. I have even had instances where I left the store and I had to come back an hour later because they had already finished it. Anyways, all in all, I would recommend their services because, they are very affordable, they keep customers happy by fixing whats broke and not waisting your money, great customer service, and VERY knowledgeable staff. Bought a large power supply from Best Computer USA. Paid almost $100. 2 months later it died. I took it back, they tested and confirmed it was dead, confirmed a 90 day warranty - refused to honor warranty and instead tried to sell me another. After buying many items from them over the years I will never return.
