Back in the spring my brand new lap top got a virus from Facebook. Deskside Computers was able to clean out the virus in no time. The service was great & resonably priced. I recommended that one of my co-workers take her lap top there to have her virus cleaned, she did and she was just as pleased with the service. A few weeks ago I took my older desktop computer there to have it "cleaned up". When I walked in, the store owner remembered my face from months earlier. I havent gone to pick up my desktop yet but I know that Ill be just as happy as the service that I received the first time. Great customer service. Friendly. Easy to find in the Spring/Klein area. Quick turn around. Reasonable prices. I totally trust them with all my computer repair needs. I highly recommend Deskside Computer Service!!

Ive known this place for years before they expanded to their current location and I can personally vouch for Deskside IT. If I had to bring my computer anywhere it would be Deskside IT. Not sure the details on Khai Dinh (previous reviewer) screen issue but it sounds like he paid for a service charge and found out it was more expensive than he wanted it to be. If you agree in advance for a service, which we all have had to pay for diagnostics/estimates at times and you get a price you dont like then its understandable your upset but thats not Deskside ITs fault, thats just how the cookie crumbled. Seems Khai Dinh has a history of giving bad reviews.

Excellent service. I dropped my laptop and broke a fan. I called Deskside IT and they were able to give me a quote over the phone for a replacement fan. I took my computer to them and they promised to call if they ran into any other problems that would cost more money. They fixed my computer incredibly fast and were very reasonable. They are helpful and very honest. I will continue to use them for any future computer problems. I highly recommend Deskside IT.

I had an issue with my PC, a Mr. Faddy at the DesksideIT started to diagnose the problem at the counter, spending approx.. 10 mins. He solved the problem, which according to him, was minor. To my surprise, he refused to charge me anything for it, and even insisting he help me carry the heavy game PC to my car. A place of integrity and honesty. Thank you.

why have I wasted my time, and money going to Best Buy. My daughter sent me to Deskside Computer repair, no lines, quick turn around time and best of all the price was great. Never again will I go to Best Buy. I cant say enough good about this place.
