I had a virus on my computer so I took my computer here to get it cleaned up. The gentleman told me that he would back up all of my documents but neglected to tell me that all of my software would be stripped from my computer without being backed up so I lost everything that was installed to my computer when I purchased it from Best Buy. When I called to ask him why I was not told about this before the service was completed he responded with "it is common knowledge." Obviously, if Im bringing you my business I am not very knowledgeable about computer software. That was a very arrogant and rude way to address the situation. I will not be going back there again.

I had great experience with those guys, they fixed my computers since 3 years ago and they were very fast and I only paid $35 plus tax, no extra charge at all for all of my computers. You can just wait around, they will call you few hours for sure! After that I sent my brothers, sisters and my uncle to their store, they all told me they would never fix computers with any others. So I suggest you could try this one and you will never regret.!

You know how you see those adds that seem to god to be true. Well this one is true. My desk top was fixed in about four hours. They informed me that if I wanted every things saved such as document and pictures there was additional fee. Everything was saved that would have been lost trying to do it myself. Very happy and hopefully I wont have to take it back but if I do I trust them.

These guys are fantastic! I went to them on a personal referral about 4 years ago on my wifes computer which I thought was a lost cause. They saved the unit and all the data! I have been back several times since, and referred other folks, every visit a good experience. They are honest, fast, and very reasonable. They certainly deserve positive feedback as a trusted vendor.

These guys are awesome. For some reason my computer was working perfectly fine but suddenly it shut down and would not reboot windows again. I took my laptop to these guys and said the hard drive was dead, so they replaced it and installed windows. My computer now runs smoothly.

Came in with boot issue, instead of resolving issue on the original SSD drive, they installed OS on my backup drive. I couldve done that from home. They did this without asking, and wasted my time.

Charged me $120 for files cleaning and virus backup on two laptops. The job was not properly done. I asked for a redo and they asked me to pay $70 more. Worst service ever!!!
