A couple months ago I bought a Lenovo gaming laptop through amazon. Keep in mind I havent had a windows laptop since I was in middle school (Im in college now) and I mistakenly updated the BIOS through the Lenovo website because I thought my laptop needed it. Apparently, youre not supposed to mess with BIOS and I learned that the hard way. When my laptop restarted, it was as if there wasnt an operating system on my laptop and I was quite frustrated as I had JUST got this laptop. Lenovo wanted me to pay more than $500 to fix this issue, but Data Doctors charged me roughly about $250 to fix this issue. The owner gave me a discount since he didnt know what the exact issue was and warned that my laptop may not be fixed completely. Its been a couple months and this laptop is still running great! Thank you Data Doctors for saving my laptop!
