Worst repair shop ever. Do not waste your money with them. They took in my Dell computer long time ago (about 2 months ago), and charged me $250 dollars. My computer was working when I brought it in, the only problem was that the battery was not charging when plugged in. They promised to recover data and to do a check (diagnosis) to see what the problem was. I picked up the computer few days ago, they could not fix the problem, plus it looks like the computer was damaged even more. At this moment the computer does not turn on at all, it was turning on before I took it in. There is a major scratch on the screen, they told me they had to work on the computer many times and it happens. There is a lot of dust inside the screen (cant clean from outside), again they said it just happens. Several parts inside the computer were manipulated, I am hoping they did not damage anything else inside. They did not take responsibility for the damage. After all this time I wasted my money and my time, additionally my computer was damaged even more. Now I have to take it to best buy or send it directly to Dell. Do not make the same mistake as me, I was trying to save money, but instead I am going to spend a lot more.

I have to be honest,...I was skeptical at first as I dont really take my computers to strip mall type places. However my older gateway wasnt running well at all. Shah, the guy behind the counter advised of a new hard driver replacement. Not only was the computer returned very quickly but he was able to address some other concerns that I had on the computer. He is a real wizard with computers, friendly, and stands by their services. I would recommend without hesitation. By the way, I am bringing a second one over to have him work on.

- Used this business for the first time to repair a broken laptop screen, and was extremely satisfied with the overall experience. Great customer service, updates on the progress of the repair, and a very reasonable price. I was even given a discount for being a first time customer. After being ripped off in the past by bigger businesses (like Best Buys Geek Squad), its refreshing to find a locally owned business that is trustworthy and reliable. My iphone 6 needed an update....something that shouldnt cost you a whole lot of time and money. The customer service here was awesome. Knowledgeable, patient, quick, and a working man price. Its crazy I went to Verizon 1st being that its under their service and smh they tried sending me 10 miles up the road to an apple shop. Go check them out for yourself, its much more than just a repair shop.

All repairs seem to have been done correctly. I had a small dispute with an employee, which was partly my fault. He made it right though and all is well. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable and I got my laptop fixed for a good price, even though I know, from personal experience, the parts for my particular model arent easy to come by Ill definitely continue to take my business here

My experience was great. The gentleman help me with my gateway desktop because I needed to get it reset and wipe everything off. He gave me a great discount because we had a little miscommuntication about the price. Then I went to his store again to get my computer fix again and he was nice enough to help me out again. So I give him 5 stars

I bought a Laptop from there, its super affordable and cheaper than any other place. the IT team was super friendly and professional. They downloaded all the software I asked for. They even took their time accessing my computer using time-viewer to remotely download a software I needed while I was in Utah with no extra charge.

Very professional and friendly. My computer was typing on its on so I thought I had a virus but they found out I had liquid damage on my keyboard and they replaced it for what I would consider to be cheap! This is my second time using them and I have had a good experience each time.

Worse experience ever I gave them my laptop for hard drive change they change it but they broke my laptop edge that part where they do not need touch also and now they are asking me more money for making that part. They were very rude to me also .They are really bad person.

the rating does not let me rate lower than a 1 star. the worst place to go to fix your computer I replace the motherboard and it took them two months. and when they did replace it I got less ram about 5 gig less ran. it is the worst place to go. save your money stay away

I brought my computer in and it was not only fixed the next day; It was fixed at a VERY DECENT PRICE. The service was professional and friendly and very informed. If I ever have a problem I would drive across Houston to bring it here. Job well done.

Needed screen fixed on iphone 5s. They said theyd be done in an hour or so. I swung back inside of an hour because I didnt know if they needed my passcode for the phone. They were already done. Fast & cheap. Dont know what more I could ask for.
