I want to start off by saying words wont do justice to how i feel about this place and this is the second time I have been here. First, sprint told me they wont be able to fix my phone but with my insurance, I can get a new phone for $200. I just left Apple who said my phone was unable to be fixed and theres no way to retrieve any data or pictures. They said if at all possible, the minimum i would pay will be $800, just to get my pictures and not even fix my phone. I decided to stop by CPR just to get a second opinion and within 2 minutes they were able to diagnose what was wrong with my iPhone and were able to save all of my pictures, AND fix my screen lower than the price my insurance would have charged me! I cant stop raving there! Because not only is the pricing here reasonable, but they are able to diagnose and fix problems that apple cant! Even more so, their service is impeccable. They are extremely professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. Sason was helping me and made me feel very comfortable about the process of fixing my phone and I have also received incredible service from Richard. When your phone has turned into an extension of yourself, you want the best care for it and want to trust the "doctors" working on it! Further more while I was waiting for my diagnosis a really adorable older couple came in because they were unable to attach a water proof piece to their phone that would secure their phone because it was too small for them to see. Another gentleman working there helped attach the piece, cleaned their phone and wouldnt accept any payment. You can really see that CPR has great pleasure helping others with their electronics. Dont go anywhere else to "save" money because this place is worth every single penny!!

Great experience. I WRECKED the screen of my Iphone 7. When I bought the phone a month prior thru AT&T I had also purchased a black ice screen cover and they had a warranty in the event the screen breaks with it on. That warranty paid $100.00 towards the repair or replacement of a screen if I took it to a shop listed on their instructions. I dropped it yesterday on concrete and the screen shattered. Black ice MAY have been helpful in that the cracked glass stayed on the phone under the cover. The first shop I tried (also a CPR- Sugarland TX) had no idea what I was talking about and no interest in helping. I called this CPR on Westheimer and the gentleman was very helpful, said he hadnt had anyone else with that warranty yet so wasnt very familiar but he would work it out. When I showed up at the shop he was very friendly and helpful and replaced my screen within an hour. I paid him forward by purchasing another screen cover and a new otterbox case... I will tell everyone I can about this CPR shop. Thank you guys for a professional and pleasant experience.

I dropped my Samsung Galaxy S3 from 4 flights of stairs... needless to say, my phone suffered serious damage. The whole screen was completely shattered. I looked up a lot of different cell phone repair places online and found out that it was going to be an expensive repair. CPR had some of the best review that I found and so I decided to take my phone in to them. They quoted me a fair price and explained to me everything that would need to be done for the phone. I took it in at 10am that morning when they opened and they had it back to me before 2pm that afternoon. Throughout the morning they called me to update me on the status of my phone. Unfortunately, my camera still does not work after having the screen fixed, and they tried to replace it, but found that it was not an issue with the actual hardware, but something else inside the phone. That was the only problem that they were not able to solve. I am very happy with the new screen though and would highly recommend them.

I am entirely too dependent on my phone - I admit it! I dont like to be without it for any length of time (I know - I need help!). Believe it or not, taking it to Cell Phone CPR was very anxiety-provoking for me. Aaanndd now I feel a little foolish because these guys are nothing short of AMAZING!! Recognizing a crazy, phone-dependent woman in the store, Toby spoke softly and soothingly to me, assuring me that all would be well while at the same time conveying genuine understanding of how phone-dependent I am. In less than half an hour I was done, new battery installed in phone, and I couldnt be happier - not only because my phone is as good (or better) than new, but because I have a go-to place for any phone problems FOR LIFE! I cant thank Toby and the other guys there enough and I recommend this place without reservation!

These guys are very professional. and competitive in price. Although I believe the labor cost of a cell phone repair is outrageous! You must blame the greedy cell manufacturers, who profit entirely from stupid people who purchase monopoly high priced cell insurance from cell service providers. what you get is cell manufactures who make phones that are easy to steal and that you cant repair; so that you must buy whole replacement parts and assembly pieces at jacked up hardware costs. Turns out after the math; IF I Did Pay Insurance I would have wasted my money after deductible. it was cheaper to get my phone repaired by these guys. Even so; CPR was still cheaper then the other people I called or cared to trust with my phone. And they offered a guarantee on it if it broke again after they fixed it.

While on vacation, I took my Samsung Galaxy S4 to another CRP location (in another state) for a badly cracked screen. Since everything still worked...it was just unsightly and hard to read kindle....they only replaced the glass. Within 2 days, a dark spot appeared in the center and began to grow. I took it to the Westheimer location and they explained that these spots can develop when only the glass is replaced and recommended replacing the entire front piece (LCD and glass). That, of course, is a more expensive repair...but they contacted the other location and worked out a deal with them to get the parts covered and waived extra the labor cost! So they found a way to honor the warranty and I walked out HAPPY!! Also, I got there at ~10:30am and walked out at ~11:20am...very speedy service!!!

These guys are amazing. I visited their store for repair many times and Ive always been happy. But today they really surprised me. The jack port and light port of my iPhone were not working and I visited the Apple Store in the Highland Village first. They told me that my ports were damaged and irreplaceable. The only solution for me was to get another regenerated phone for $299. I thought better to visit CPR Cell Phone first, and then decide what to do. In a few minutes, we found out that the problem was due to a little water that got absorbed by the ports. They dried out my phone and everything was working perfectly again! And they charged me $ZERO!!!! I strongly recommend this shop for any problem you might experience with your phones, before going to Apple and have them steal your money!!
