Experimac saved my bacon! The hard drive on my Macbook Pro was undiscoverable on start up and I wasn’t able to troubleshoot the problem on my own. My life was on this laptop and, no, I didn’t have a recent backup (Note to all: back up your hard drive, always! — Lesson learned). I had never heard of Experimac before, but I was glad to learn they specialize in Apple products and were located nearby. Chuck Stuller, franchise owner-operator, was awesome. He and his staff recovered my hard drive and all my files. It turned out that the hard drive wasn’t bad, but the SATA cable was. Best of all, the repair took only a matter of minutes and cost less than I could have imagined. If you’re a Mac user and ever need help with your products, I urge you to go see Chuck at Experimac on 7312 Louetta Rd in Spring, or any other Experimac located around Houston. BTW, Experimac has the best prices for refurbished (they prefer, “Refreshed”) Apple products I’ve ever seen, anywhere. Thank you Experimac!

I brought in a broken Macbook Pro that I had inherited from a customer - it wouldnt boot up at all. The "big store" couldnt fix it and offered to sell me a new one. Experimac tried different options, and came up with a low-budget fix that solved the problem - very creative. Ill come back for any Mac-related questions I might have in the future.

Went here instead of worrying about going to the Apple Store when I needed to replace the battery in my MacBook Pro. They switched out the battery quickly while I waited, and made sure everything worked before I left. Will definitely be back for any other issues I may have with Apple products!
