What can I say....Craig exceeded my expectations!! He is a man of integrity and honesty and will work to deliver the best solution possible for you as his customer. What impressed me most was when he could not fix my already broken laptop (Motherboard issues), he searched and found me a replacement one on Craigslist that fit my personal needs!!! That helped me get back up and running without having to buy a brand new laptop at a time I couldnt really afford can new one . Once I purchased the used laptop, Craig professionally cleaned it and reinstalled all my old files from my broken laptops hard drive. Incredible!!!! Hes a great guy to work with, and his rates are reasonable. I would not hesitate to use him for any IT problems with my computers now and in the future. Thank you Craig, youre a "Stand Up" guy! He had my computer for less than a day. When I got it back, the computer ran faster, using it was simpler, and he installed free antivirus software that was better than the McAfee I was paying for. Two days later, he called for a checkup. When I told him I still had a few problems, he came to my house, found the problem in my router, and contacted tech support for me so that he could talk them through the exact problem. The entire service only cost me $80. I will be using him whenever I have computer troubles again, and Ive already told my grandkids to go there when theyre having trouble.
