I was on a week-long business trip in Tyler, and dropped my Macbook on the kitchen floor of my hotel room the first night I was there and broke the screen. Did a search for computer repair from my phone and Computer Repair in Tyler was close to my hotel so I brought it by the next morning. Thankfully, I travel with my iPad and keyboard attachment as well so I was able to make do for a few days between the iPad and the hotel computer room. They had my laptop back to me in a few days, so I was able to use it for the last couple of days of my trip. Great service, and their prices are very reasonable too. Thanks guys!

I am brand new to Tyler. I was having an issue hooking up a second monitor to my laptop. The "Geeks" hand they would d told me I needed a new video card. I found Computer Repair online, called and was told to bring my laptop in to them for the video card installation. When I got there the tech, Jackie, took a look and said it was an easy fix. He spent 10 minutes and walked me through what to do. When I asked how much he said, "No charge" and handed me several of his business cards. I appreciate good service like this. They have a customer for life!!

Technician had no idea what he was doing. He didnt know how to get rid of a spacer, and thought because of that, the motherboard and graphics card did not fit in my computer. Decent pricing, but If you dont know what a spacer is, you probably shouldnt be working on computers.
