DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will take your money and give you nothing in return! They said they could recover the data on my macbook pro, but when I looked through the flash drive they gave back to me, only a handful of my documents were on there. When I nicely asked for a refund because I had to take my computer elsewhere, Doug Hine, the owner, told me I was ridiculous and was never going to get my money back and hung up on me! So disappointing that businesses today can take advantage of customers. Take your business somewhere else. This place is useless! They know nothing about computers! I took my computer to a different repair shop, and they were able to recover all my data and their customer service was excellent! Do not waste your time with this company! They do not deserve your business! Also, be aware that all the reviews are from employees and family! They are so desperate!

I had a problem with my Macbook Pro not booting so I first took it to Simply Mac since they take care of warranty repairs. They were very rude with me and acted as if I had intentionally "broken" my computer, they also said that the problem could be "one of many" and they would just have to see if it was still covered under warranty. So I told them thank you for your time but I will take my business elsewhere. I then went to PC Warehouse where I was treated with the utmost respect and was told exactly what was wrong with the computer and how long it would take to complete the repair. The technicians were friendly and knew what they were talking about, and the repair was completed a day earlier than they had quoted. PC Warehouse is one of the few great local businesses left in Tyler. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

PC Warehouse in Tyler is not like going to one of those huge big box stores. There is a PC tech and an Apple tech. I dealt with the Apple tech- he knew his stuff- hard to find around here. I had a very odd problem with an old Mac but they had the parts I needed and fixed it on the spot. I know that longer jobs would require "getting in line" but it took the tech 15 minutes. I have definitely found the place I will go when my Macs need work.

Excellent computer store with all kinds of odds and ends / hard to find items in-stock at reasonable prices! The staff is very professional and helpful. full of knowledge. My laptop had a virus that a different local computer shop could not remove all the way. PC Warehouse was able to remove the virus completely. They took their time in making sure it was clean. Thank you so much! Great job!

Had a broken laptop screen that I brought in the Monday before Christmas (Friday), they were able to order a new screen and replace it all within one business day! Great service and highly recommended. Didnt know we had a place this professional in Tyler. Decent price, cant stress how fast the service was. Highly recommend them!!!

Great store with a great staff. Very knowledgeable and friendly. They are also certified to do all Mac warranty work, so if you have a problem with your Mac bring it to them! Wins the BScene best of the best every year and is truly the best computer shop in Tyler!

I am not sure the name of the worker, but he was the man with the cool beard. He was able to fix my MacBook Pro and replace the top-case on it within an hour. Great service. I would recommend PC Warehouse over SimplyMac.

So rude! If your Apple product is needing repair just make the drive to DFW to a genius bar where all the employees arent rude. Theyll get it done way quicker, too.
