I have been coming here for over 9 years and I will NOT go anywhere else. About 4-5 years ago I had a computer not turn on. I called on a local computer place and was told it this and that and was going to be $XX to fix. I brought it is and think that was the first time I had met Del, It was just a power supply. He could have charged me anything and told me anything. Ive been dealing with Del and he has ALWAYS been fair and honest to me. Whatever I need, is done and done right. I had an external hard drive that I broke. They were able to recover the info for me. I just bought a computer from him for my home. His prices are great. I made the mistake and ventured out about a year ago to Friendly Computers in Webster. It is close to my home, but Ive found out that Del is worth the drive. He is friendly, helpful and willing to help satisfy his customer. I highly recommend using Delfix Technologies as your computer repair, virus removal, parts supplier, or anything you need. You go anywhere else, you may regret it. MSR

Fixed the hard drive on my computer but when he took the computer apart he cracked the screen all down the side and took the screws out and didnt replace them. Now the wires are sticking out everywhere and Ill have to buy a new laptop. When I called to tell the guy he was very rude and told me to bring it back but I live in Miami so thats impossible he told me that it was like that when someone dropped it off before finally admitting that he had broke it after a bit of arguing. Needless to say our Houston company wont use this guy anymore.

Honest. Fast. Good prices. Del repaired my laptop twice. First, the SSD died. Del diagnosed it quickly and told me what I needed to get. I did some research and found that a custom set up would be cheaper than going with an OEM SSD. Del had no problem installing the adapter and new SSD. In fact, I had the laptop back the same day I dropped off the parts. The second trip was due to my own actions. I tried to update the BIOS and messed up. Laptop would only boot to the UEFI screen. Again, Del had it fixed same day.

I called the computer place asking for a laptop charger. They said that they have it for my laptop used for 25. So when I got there they said they only had new ones for 35. So I purchased it and then inspected it. It is defiantly not new. But that is not what drew me to write this review. Then I decided to return the charger because the laptop was not worth saving due to damages. So I came to return it the next day and they denied the return which is crazy considering I never even used it.

One day, I decided to move a table with my laptop on it. Biggest mistake. The laptop cord got caught on something and my laptop fell off the table. The entire LCD screen cracked and I couldnt see a thing. I went into Delfix the next day around 11am and said hed have it done by 4pm. The total I paid was about $162.36 for my 15.6in screen on my MSI. He put in a new glossy screen and everything works perfectly. Thanks again!

Abdel was excellent and very knowledgeable as he was able to build me a computer for exactly what I needed, and in a very timely manner as well! Even though I was having some payment issues with PayPal, he was very understanding and still put in the work and time. He could have easily said "no" and quit working on my computer, but he knew I made a simple mistake on my end and accommodated me. Thanks Abdel!
