The staff here makes all the difference. Yes, they have everything you need in your office, even storage bins, furniture (bookcases to chairs), and planners. Oh and coffees and other office kitchen miscellany.Yes, they have printers and inks, papers and photo papers. Yes, they have some computers and a very extensive lot of peripheral devices. And they do a lot of printing here - business cards to large signage. But the staff: On the last 3 visits, Ive had a question and was helped quickly and courteously. A real plus. And unusual in most retail locations nowadays with shrinking margins and the competitive pressure of Amazon. Ive also brought a computer here for repair and was pleased with the experience, except I thought the cost a bit out of line.

Im having bad luck today.. after fedex wouldnt help me across the street I came here.. all I need to do is print about 300 pages from a flash drive(something I can easily do myself) just thought it should be faster to do it here.. the copy and print staff didnt understand how to print them without selecting each file one at a time! How long would that even take?! Haha Im going home and just going to eat the cost of printer ink. They had 2 staff members back there.. hey office depot: pay me the combination of both their wages and Ill run that station myself and more efficiently:)

They have a great crew, really helpful and knowledgeable and very convenient. They will always ask if you need help and then actually be able to help you....not very common these days.. Office Depot should invest in this location to make it more of a flagship store. It has the means for success and far better than most DFW locations.

This store is well stocked, clean and their customer service is outstanding. We recently bought an office chair and there were issues with the assembly. Mike went above and beyond with getting the issue corrected and the chair ready for us in an expedited manner.

Went there to get cardstock, thinking they had it since their a office supply store. Search the entire store, they have none. What kind of office supply store doesnt have cardstock. Going to Staples next time.
