I sit all day in my office for work so I went in to buy a good chair. The office chair I choose cost $800.00. Im only an 8 minute drive away so I had them deliver directly to the store. The 1st chair, I get called that its damaged. I need to wait for the next delivery. Again Im called its damaged close to the weekend an extra long wait this time. Third times the charm right? No I went in inspected the chair and one of the wheels was damaged. It didnt spin at all. They offered me the also damaged floor model so I asked for a refund. Take what you want from my story. Id say have your chair delivered to the store so you dont waste days of your life waiting at home for a damage and return cycle.

I bought several pieces of furniture from here. The cottage style king bed, a full cottage style bed, and the trail bunk beds, under storage and storage staircase. All the furniture is good quality and nicely priced. My sales person Kelly Hill was very knowledgeable and professional. We ended up having a damaged piece with the bunk bed staircase and when I called customer service they solved the issue in a timely manner. They sent 2 men out to replace and pick up the damaged piece. No hassle!! We will definitely recommend and use this company again :)
