I have continually been dissapointed at this location. Maybe because Sara in the copy shop at office depot is so excellent at service. The last straw today when Greg, who has never been pleasant and seems perpetually in the weeds, tells me hes too busy to talk to me and hung up on me. From now on, I’ll take both my companies business and my personal business 9 miles out of my way instead of dealing with the people at Carillion Place Office Max. And as a consultant to service industries I’ll be sure to use this as an example of HOW TO DRIVE BUSINESS AWAY!!!!!

My wife and I went to Office Max to buy a drafting chair. We were so impressed with the store manager Joe Butlers, customer service. He was kind and very attentive which made our night much nicer. Based on the description of what we needed, he made a suggestion that has worked out wonderfully. Thank you so much Joe for your customer service and advice.

This Office Max is a good place to get your office supplies. If you need big quantities of office supplies you should compare the cost with Amazon. Parking is easy here but the whole strip center is very busy much of the day. Not a good place for higher end computers.
