Very poor manager in the store at 192 Street. Very rude and very bad talking with visitors. Shop does not like to return the goods and does not take the goods back even if you do not have violated the policy of return of this shop and said go out of my shop. Beware of this shop, if you have something there to buy and want to return will be problems, you will spend your time very bad. Look after your health and nerves.

I was at the Loop Shopping area searching for office supplies and need to find it before the store close. This was the closest one founded by Google Maps. The plaza was dark and scary at night. While I was still trying to find what I was looking for, a male employee reminded me that they will closing soon. I just lefted without buying anything. I didnt feel confortable there.

We thought our order was placed online; however, we learned the transaction was not completed upon speaking with one of the store managers. The manager quickly walked us through filling the order and providing the associated discounts. We were in and out of the store in 20 minutes. I appreciate the level of attention and service they provided with our purchase.

Had ordered a print job at a different location where I had a better experience with a much more friendly staff. Unfortunately theyre machine was down and had to have the job done here. Unfriendly staff and poor quality job. Waste of money, time and gas.

The worst staff ever treated me in Kissimmee. No one in any other store had ever spoken to me like they did there. They are rude and not at all attentive. I will never go back. I do not recommend it to anyone.

Empty store. No inventory. No customers. No management that gives a dann. Dont waste your time. Theres a perfectly good Office Depot just a few miles up John Young Pkwy at Hunters Creek Shopping Center.
