Terrible! I went to make color copies and have them laminated for a very large new company to the area and the guy there told me it could take hours an he had other stuff to do before he could even start it. I preceeded to go to the Whipple store where the wonderful, helpful, NICE lady told me no problem and had it done in an hour as she worked on other orders.

Went there for two items, one for business, one for personal. I was told after the first transaction that I would have to go back in line for the second transaction for the second item. I have never heard of such a policy and I will never return! Poor customer service.

Every single time I come here to the print center I always have a ridiculous wait time. There are always 3-4 people ahead of me with one employee working back here. Get these poor people some help! Makes me want to take my business elsewhere.

Dont use their fax service if you have a lot of pages to fax. 1.25(local)/1.75(long distance) for each page. So five pages will cost you $8.75. Use a public library instead.

They had everything I needed in stock and had furniture to look at. The prices were expensive on the furniture, but it was a nice store with friendly staff.

The staff lets you shop without hovering. Got a decent deal on a desk there. Some office supplies are a little pricey, have to know your deals.
