Excellent customer service and the best printing quality! I never write reviews, but had to for this one! I had purchased a digital custom piece of art from an artist and had it printed onto an 18x24 poster. The artist recommended printing at OfficeMax over Staples due to the higher quality printers and better color matching to what the he intended. I was very satisfied with the end result! Then after returning home in Mississippi, I realized 11 days later that I left my jump drive at OfficeMax. I called OfficeMax and they identified that it was there. I wasnt sure how I was going to get it back since I lived so far away. I offered to pay to have it mailed, but after speaking with his manager they said they would mail it! If that isnt excellent customer service, that I dont know what is! Overall, a great place to take care of all your printing needs and they care about their customers!

Very very attentive and helpful staff. Awesome deals of the week, large selection. Some items are a lot cheaper than what you find in other stores while some prices seem very pricey. But things while on sale. They have an office supplies area if you have a project where you can use their cutter, hole punchers, staplers, tape, and other type instruments.

I purchased two acer laptops for school and each was to come with office 365 free. Which when I boot up and go to activate, it wants me to pay! BS! Ive been given nothing but the runaround. Done! Today the supervisor will deal with me !

The printing services counter never seems to have enough people to cover the demand during peak hours. Also, the check out line could have had more people working considering its prime back to school shopping time.
