Utter and complete incompetence is the only way to describe them. After bringing in the empty cartridge of the specific ink i needed , they gave me the wrong one. The 2nd time we visited to rectify the situation (sent my friend in with the empty color cart. and spoke to an associate and made it clear I NEEDED THE EMPTY CARTRIDGE BACK , as most printers will not work without the empty color cartridge , even if u are only printing in black and white). When my friend got home (he knows nothing about these things, this is why i thought all would be well, after explaining in great detail what i needed to an employee) NO EMPTY cartridge . "they said they had to take it for recycling" . They must make $$$$$ off this . Ok accidents can happen, but when i called and spoke to the "manager" he accused me of lying and said my ink has been sitting on his counter "all Day" began to question what time we were there. How could this be if we picked it up last night? Glad i keep receipts. They ripped off the wrong guy. DONT SHOP HERE UNLESS U LOVE IT SO MUCH U WILL BE RETURNING MULTIPLE TIMES TO RECTIFY THEIR "MISTAKES" . Their ink is over priced and Liggets (tuttle) will refill them for a fraction . We will be speaking to someone who gives a care, and wont stop until they fix this. GET IT TOGETHER, associates seemed completely out to lunch, and would not be surprised if they are stoned on something. They must think none of us ever worked in customer service jobs..... SAD Mr GM , they have no clue what it is. Merry Christmas. According to Staples web site, those cartridges are worth 2.00 dollars a piece on your rewards card, i will be checking to see if the rewards card was credited AT ALL. Beware. .of greedy, incompetent , thieving people

This location closes earlier than youd expect. Ive heard this is a Staples corporate policy, because they dont do enough business to justify keeping it open late. Hard to do more business when you close early. The store was clean, parking was OK. They had what I was looking for, but a particular item I had been researching prices online across different companies came up priced more than double what the online price stated. For reference, it was a Staples brand shipping tube for less than $2. The price online was not a sale price. I could have ordered it online for in-store pickup at the price listed online. In store, the price of the item was $3.99. I asked a clerk to double check the price, and it rang up $3.99. I told them about the website price, showed him the page, and he said hed have to get approval to sell at the online price (regardless that it was NOT a sale price). They gave me the online price without any further hassle, but it does not instill confidence in Staples that the price they show online is much cheaper than what they charge in-store for the same item. I guess they expect people to forget the prices they found online while researching where to buy their office supplies.

Gotta say that this location is very small and poorly staffed...moreover the limited product selection and short hours make this an unlikely solution for my last minute needs. Now that theyve driven most of the small independents out of business, Staples has been working hard to "webify" their business and drive product mix towards their house brands. Service is generally poor to worse and the attitude matches. Junior store managers pass through this location several times a year and go who knows where. If you need a high volume print job, I would generally stay away from the FEDEX Kinkos, Staples, OfficeMax/Office Depots and look at the locals such as Blue Line, Performance Copying & Printing and the like. You will receive true service and, believe it or not, the price will be lower.

Almost closing on Friday night- brought in photos to make a calendar. Gal was very busy behind the copy counter finishing up a demand project of menus for a local desperate restaurant. The calendar making is a self serve situation- you sit in front of the computer and put it together yourself, and that wasnt going to happen for me- with my ADHD and computer illiteracy. The gal, I will get her name today when I pick up the calendar, was amazing. Took my through every step with patience, humor, advice- --Laurel

Customer service was absolutely terrible! On 7/5/2016, I spent in excess of 50 minutes on hold waiting for someone to answer the phone. I tried three times and the one time it was briefly answered, I asked for the managers name and they promptly hung up. This Staples store is either greatly understaffed of poorly managed, perhaps both. One thing is certain, no one seems to care about answering the phone.

Make 2 orders, the first one should be ready in an hour, and pass it to the next day and there was supposedly no inventory and I went to where the printer inks are and I found it, then they tell me that the order was canceled and they can not Give me none of those inks
