Office Depot sucks!! I purchased a bluetooth head set ear piece from them for $59.99 in December 2013...With in 6 months it completely fell apart...I took it to the store & the guy did replace it that was June 2014 (along with the Office Depot 2 year performance protection plan)..however my new reciept says I only paid $44.99 ( $15.00 Less than I paid ) .My husband who uses the ear piece was off work for 6 months & not using it, Now that he is back to work & needing it, it wont work right...Now they wont replace it..I gotta send it to them & then they will send me a gift card and yep to Office Depot and only for $44.99 so clearly I am out the $15.00 I do NOT want to buy anything from them ever again but clearly I am stuck

Recently purchased an new desk and filing cabinet for our business, and we were told my the store associate that our items would be shipped in 1 to 2 business days. I am now working on day 8 without a shipment. This has been a REAL inconvenience for our business. I have contacted their customer service several times. They give me the same answers "we will sent this to the resolutions team". I dont care who you send it to I just want my 800.00 worth of product. I am NOT happy with this company AT ALL.
