I had several large format items printed here recently. The lady who assisted me in that department (Celia) was especially knowledgeable and professional. It was clear to me that she was very detail oriented and takes pride in her work. I was glad that she was handling my print job. She printed samples of my posters for me on both of their large format printers and allowed me to select the one that best suited my taste. A few days later I realized that there had been a mix up with my flash dive. I contacted their store manager ,Kevin, who went especially above and beyond to iron things out. I can be a bit difficult to catch on the phone but he did a fantastic job of following up with me and made it clear that my concerns were important to him. I could not be happier with the customer service I received at this location and will be returning referring friends.

The employees at this location are horrible. If I were these employees boss I would fire all of them that were working on the floor Saturday October 4 at 11:00 a.m. I was in that store for almost two hours trying to find and locate items that I needed all by myself because nobody would help me. If my cart hadnt of been so full with stuff I badly needed I would have left it and the store without buying anything because they certainly didnt deserve my money. I didnt see any store manager either. Its like these employees think theyre at a picnic and not at work. I will not shop at this location ever again.

Awesome experience. I stopped by to pick out an office chair and some pens, and the great thing is that everything is where its supposed to be. The chair I picked out was the last one (assembled), so the manager, Kevin, gave me 10%. When we realized it wouldnt fit in my car, he offered to follow me back to work in his SUV (with my chair inside). He went above and beyond what I expected from someone, and Im definitely super happy with both my experience and my chair!! Im so happy my company buys from them!

This store is unorganized. They need help badly. It took them 2 days to print business cards and they still arent right. The line at the Copy/Print department is astronomical. I waited 45 minutes to pickup my cards. They need one person to handle the simple tasks such as copy/faxing. One person to assist with computers and one person working on the actual machines. This store is too busy to be understaffed every single time I visit.

Longest wait ever! They have 1 person working and the line is 10 people long. The store is dirty and unorganized. The only good thing was the man that waited on me. Under the pressure of dealing with multiple people he kept it together and was very nice and helpful. He was in the shipping and printing department and has long hair and glasses.

They never have enough help. Employees were fairly nice but not prepared to handle a rush of customers. I waited for 45 minutes just to print two documents and then walked out after no one had assisted me. Literally there were people on every side of the counter glaring at the workers because they had been waiting so long.

This is the last time I will ever come to this office depot. Service is horrible. Did a print job online and waited an hour to come in. Have been waiting for twenty minutes and still no service. The whole reason to so a print job online is to pick it up without worrying for forever. Highly disappointed.

Been coming to this location for years, since Ive been in Desoto for almost a decade. Always quick service. Interesting to share that this was the only store Ive ever been to for Black Friday... And shockingly, there was no stampede going in. Staff are really nice and professional

Ive been coming to this location for years and most visits (8 out of 10) there is an extremely long wait for print services. My items are always on a flash drive, ready to open and print, but the wait time is RIDICULOUS.

They suck! The printer services suck. The staff are unprofessional and need training. LISA the manager has very poor customer service skills needs training. This location will never receive another penny from us.

I was a bit upset when they were out of the tablets I was interested in but so was every store in the area. Anthony was sweet. He even called another store to have them hold a tablet for me.

They have no idea where their stock is and they have no product on the floor everything has to be pulled from the back if your lucky to find anybody to help who wont ignore you.
