In regards to "Michaels" review made on Jan 11, 2012. First of all, I do not work for Office Depot, and I dont even live in Tampa, Im only visiting. I do have to say though, that you are a complete idiot for writing a bad review because a store called "OFFICE DEPOT" doesnt sell or know what thermal paste is. Keep in mind, that office depot employees do not undergo any training on computer specialization, building computers, or how they are assembled. In regards to the associate telling you to go to Michaels does make him an idiot because he shouldnt be giving advice if he doesnt know what hes talking about. Regardless, I dont think your experience deserves a negative feedback on their Google Maps page.. Another thing, why wouldnt you just go to CompUsa right down the street?? That makes you as much as an idiot as the associate who sent you to Michaels.. what part of "OFFICE DEPOT" did you not quite understand? Seriously.. how many offices use thermal paste to install processors and chipsets? Exactly..

Went in yesterday to purchase a few things and remembered that I had reward points coming, but instead of going home to hunt it down, Brie (behind the copy center desk) helped me find them, print out the certificate and apply it to my purchase of ink. Even better, when I pulled out my credit card to pay she noticed I had a $5 coupon to Staples and mentioned that they also accept competitors coupons... she and Norma saved me time, money and headache which is INVALUABLE to me! Thank you, ladies, for your attentive service with beautiful smiles!

I had been shopping at this store for a while purchasing all my business supplies from this venue. I had one very unpleasant experience with the manager. He not only left me with a bad impression and a feeling of overpaying but claimed the store would be ok if I shopped at a different venue. I am now more then happy to drive 30 minutes out of the way to the next closest store. He showed the upmost disrespect and un-appreciation to small business owners that frequently shop at his store.

I ordered prints at 1230 and was given a 246 pm pick up time. I arrive to pick up my at 320 pm and the clerk has no clue where my order is. I wait 10 mins for her to look for it only for her to tell me they were never printed by her "manager" while she was at lunch... It literally takes her 3 mins to print my order. When asked why customers are given estimated times if the item isnt ready... She responds by asking if I want a bag... I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Went to this location to have about 100 flyers cut for my business and Norma Cosme in the business services department did everything in her power not to do the job. She told me I could do it myself in the self service section because it was too much work. I told her I would rather they do it to make sure it was done right. She avoided coming back to help me for so long that Elliot had to help me. He did so with no complaints and was very professional.

The associates here are as dumb as rocks. The one girl who tried to ring me up missed half my items after I told her twice the items not directly in front of her were also mine. She tried to ring up a gift card and told me it wasnt an actual gift card and I had to go get a different wrong. I had to do this twice more as every card I brought her she said she couldnt use. I ended up having to show her how to do it. Dont waste your time. Go to Staples.

I called in before i went to ask if they still had a product im searching for and the associate who answered the phone told me that they still had the product in stock. I drive there and to my disbelief they did not. I didnt even get an apology from the associate, especially when i requested for his help when he refused to help me..

Ruined my computer. Their so-called Technology Department is nothing but a scam to charge $ 150 for a useless OD scan. They dont fix computers, or will assume any other responsibility but to "run the Office Depot scan." Sean Reid and Elliot Gould are crooks and shameless participants in the scam. Ill never go back to that store.

Person who waited on me was spot-on and did a good job. But they always seem to be short-staffed and not have enough people to have registers running and somebody on the floor and help you find things. Still I found what I wanted and was in and out of there in 20 minutes so it was a decent experience.

Technical support is a joke, and a rip-off. All they want is to charge you $150 for a useless scan. They ruined my computer; they are funnies and completely incompetent. They lost a lot of business with me - never go back to that store for any supplies or anything else.

I called and asked if they have thermal paste. Most stores who sell computer stuff carry it. The associate said no and suggested I go to Michaels. . . The arts and crafts store. Trust the bad reviews.
