I would give no stars but I have to pick one to post a review. Customer service was non-existent. I came to the store one evening around 8:15 to find that the store closed at 8:00 p.m. on weeknights. I planned to come back to the store a few nights later (a Sunday evening). I looked up the hours on the website and found the store closed at 7:00 p.m. I arrived at 6:00. As I was shopping, half the lights in the store were turned off. So, because I was unable to see to shop, I put my items down and left. I asked the manager what time the store closed and he said 6:00p.m. When I told him that the website says 7:00, his reply was, "Well, the door says 6:00. Really? Thats how you treat a customer? No, "Im sorry that happened. Ill definitely look into that so it doesnt happen again." No. Instead I got, "you can continue your shopping." Yeah, in the dark. Thats not all. I also needed to have some books spiral bound. There were two employees chatting at the desk. I walked up and neither of them spoke to me. One of them looked at me but NEVER spoke. No, "May I help you?" Not even a grunt. I said hi. Still no words. She just stared at me until I said what I needed. Still NO WORDS. She grabbed a paper, marked two places for me to fill out. She asked me what type of binding and told me when it would be ready. No smile. No thank you. No customer service. I can tell you that I will never go to Office Depot again. They really have nothing going for them. Theyve always been way overpriced and with no customer service why would anyone shop there when they could get it for less amidst anywhere else? Get a clue Office Depot!

The positive: I come to Office Depot only for their specials, typically their tech specials. They frequently have good sales on hard drives, for example. Today I spent about $115 on what what normally have been a $165 purchase, so you can realize quite appreciable savings if you watch their circulars. Their regular prices, by contrast, are consistently above average in my experience, and certainly higher than places like CompUSA (now TigerDirect). The negative: The employees are woefully ignorant, and this is not a conclusion I came to quickly. In the most recent of a series of interactions with Office Depot employees that has reinforced this impression of mine, today I asked, "Which of your printers has the best Linux suport?", to which not-one-but-two employees told me "Linux? The operating system? Thats old.", as if to imply that it is outdated or obsolete. I shook my head and informed them that Linux is definitely not old in the sense that its outdated; its still very current and widely used. In fact many distributions receive major updates at least four times as frequently as more widely known OSes (*cough* Windows *cough*). I get it; I dont expect every person working at Office Depot to be a computer engineer, but to know what Linux is while simultaneously claiming confidently, "Its [too] old" is just mind-blowingly ignorant. The cynic in me might suspect (particularly because I received that answer from two different employees) that they are trained to say this to customers who wouldnt know enough to correct them. Go for the deals, dont expect accurate info from the sales squad.

No service.. walked in there went up and down the aisles 3 times looking for phones which I didnt see displayed wanted to see if anybody would help thank you millennials you still have not instilled in a confidence I had no less than 5 people look at me and didnt come up and ask if they could help I come from a very customer service oriented background I can say Im appalled by service nowadays.. one girl said have a nice evening as I walked out..Smh

Well when I drove up, it looked closed. But on closer inspection, I saw they moved the entrance to the left and reduced the size of the store. Same address. I guess they are still in flux from the merger of Office Depot and Office Max. Very pleasant and helpful staff though.

I went in to buy a laptop. Found what I wanted, but there was literally NO WAY to buy it. Spent 1/2 hour trying to find a way to buy one. No staff helped, no non bolted down product to take to the register, no helpful signage. Nothing useful. Finally gave up & left.

Real nice, over price for a few nick-nacks. But very clean. For the pricing things thats why not a lot of people in but a lot Out The door. Its So priced it shocks us out the door!!! Sorry if I offended anyone by saying the truth about this store!!

Customer service is horrible. And no one ever answers the phone. If they do they just leave you on hold. I will drive the extra 15 minutes to staples if I need something printed. Better customer service and better prices.
