The store manager is awesome,he knows what hes doing and is just all around smart.Unfortunately,the rest of the store doesnt and theres an assistant manager by the name of Sarah foster who has the lack of manager skills.I upgraded my phone and the store manager assisted me,but my new Droid was slow so he said bring it back in and they would swap it out,so I did.Problem was after a few days my new Eco would not stop vibrating and the store manager was on vacation.The assistant (Sarah)said theres already been a swap and that Im just out of luck.I said its not my fault u gave me faulty phone but she just ignored the situation and proceeded to help another customer,she never really acknowledged the situation accept for saying oh well,and one of their other associates started to help me but wasnt able to do anything without the store manager even though the assistant couldve called the manager or even the district manager.I would not go back again.Overall my carrier was able to give me a new phone and problem solved.Of you do go to radioshack dont address the problem with the blond headed lady,shes the retarded assistant named Sarah

I go to this radio shack for all my needs and Ive always had great customer service by Esteban Huertas. If it wasnt for this employees honesty and generous personality I would just go to Wall-mart.

Very knowledgeable staff. The associate didnt half an hour brain storming with me. I had a great time and it was refreshing speaking with someone with a true passion for innovation.
