The workers at this location are friendly as can be. The manager at this location is a poor excuse of a human being and a sad excuse of a manager. He uses his menial job to bully customers and treat them like garbage. I will never do business with any business like this again. I was late a couple days on my payment due to my paycheck getting messed up. I am a single mom so I had no choice but to wait until my check got in to make payment. Within a few days of being late he told me he was turning me into the State’s Attorney (again BULLYING) and sent me a certified letter. Needless to say.. I got my paycheck and he got his junk back! I wouldn’t have offered him another penny if I had a million dollars in the bank. I would NOT recommend this place under ANY circumstances!!!!! The manager will hang up on you and then have someone else answer saying that he ‘stepped out’. He is a crook, coward and obviously hates his menial worthless life.

I wish i could give no stars! This is a horrible place with horrible management. They gave us a bed fram invested with BED BUGS. I had to pay $500 to have my home defested. They made us return it to a different location and now are trying to say we are responsible for the bed and the infestation when they gave us the bed bugs. I would NOT recommend this company and definitely not this location. I will be contacting the health department because the manager acted as if it was no big deal, this store needs to be shut down and have pest control come in!!!! Do not trust them!!!!!

They are very sweet and work with you anyway they can!!! They ask how your kids are the family etc. they treat you like family.we paid a lot of things off in the past from another arent-A-Center. And when we moved to Florida I tried other rent stores And did not like any of them here. but Rent-A-Center!!! Thanks Rent-A-Center..... for making me fill like family and like you care!

Have always been very nice and understanding when I would have to make a late payment even waved late fees a couple times. Communication is the key .
