I am sure that the actual people who are the sales reps are wonderful and knowledgeable like Daryl, but the Manager Jason is just awful. Rude, degrading, and condescending. He will tell you one thing on say a Saturday afternoon and then when you go back on a Monday with all your "Ducks" in a row ready to go with say a phone upgrade he will completely disregard what he said on Saturday and completely shut you down when you try to explain what HE said 2 days before. He is atrocious. His attitude and demeanor are disgustingly egotistical. I honestly would not recommend this particular store due to this (I refuse to say gentleman because he is not). I feel terrible for the Sales Reps working under him. It must be horrible to work in that kind of environment. If you do end up there I hope that one of the sales Reps are there and NOT the Manager. Which he clearly makes that known the second you walk in the door. Otherwise you will have a terrible experience.

I visited the AT&T store last week, to check out my options. I can proudly say I am a former Verizon customer and a current AT&T customer now. While working with Juan, Mike the manager came by to make sure I was taken care of & offered an employee discount of my plan 15%, since I am former military. These guys are AWSOME, very professional, fast and courteous. Not only was my plan cheaper then Verizon’s I also got a great deal on the phones (bogo). With full confidence I will refer this place to all my friends and family.

Perfect Fit- So I have been shopping around making sense of all the wireless bull latley, and havent had alot of luck. After visiting the store recently added in my neighboorhood I was pleased with the information and level of customer service I recived. I feel that I now have a device that meets my needs. the associate Ray was super helpful and all of the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, I shall refer friends and family

Horrible service when i went to upgrade my phone. They guy was very rude and acted like he had better things to do then help me with my phone. Not customer service material at all and none of the employees even dressed nice for a business place. Left and went to the Brandon AT&T and had 1000 times better service and was greeted at the door and in and out. Never again will I go to the big bend AT&T

K Im in town on business and just received the new iphone4. and was having difficulty with AT&Ts online customer service...so I called two other stores in the area with little or no help. Then I called Ray at this location. Unbelievable knowledge and AAA+ service. I cant recommend these guys enough.

I came to the AT&T store at Big Bend and the sales rep Brian was very helpful. He was very knowledgable about all the devices and found one that was best for me. He was fast and effecient. I will definitley come refer all of my friends and family to come to this store and see him.

Ghetto associate with nasty attitude that also allowed another customer to step in and explain to me something talking over each other. I ended up walking out because it seemed like I was in a flea market not an AT&T store!!

The service at this location was excellent. I upgraded my phone and was in and out in less than 30 minutes with the added bonus of no hard selling. I would definitely return to this location.
