I shop at Radio Shack because they are a national chain. I got a bad switch (not a big deal, it happens from time to time). Tried to swap it out at the store near my house (not the store it was purchased from which is near a relatives house) with the original receipt and they say they cant? Never shopping Radio Shack again over a $5 part.

The staff was super friendly. They new how to sell their products because I went in there with a broken speaker and came back out with a brand new speaker at 50% off its price.
