Horrible. I had my computer worked on at this location. The tech could not put the laptop exactly as he had gotten it. They have a garbage attitude when it comes to admitting their own mistakes. In fact they will completely deny anything is their fault. These people care more about money than anything else - its so obvious. Its one of those shops where they mess with things, other than they have to fix, in order to get you back into the shop; at least thats definitely how I felt my experience went. Considering the fact that after I figured out they messed up, they offered to give me another quote in order to fix the thing that I KNEW they messed up. Like seriously? Before I took it to their shop, the computer was working fine, except for the thing that needed fixing. I used to run as much softwares as I would like on my computer( digital, audio, engineering programs which take a ton of process) and my computer would not make a noise you would notice(no fan noise). Neither would the computer get warm. NOW SINCE I HAVE gotten it back from them, its always on the brink of overheating. My computer had never been like this. The fan is always in like overdrive, even through I am running one web browser, with one tab open. Save yourself the worries, and avoid this place at all cost.

PCG lost all of my files while they were upgrading our computer. They tried to retrieve them, but unfortunately, several years of documents could not be brought back. I was extremely disappointed. It was their mistake, but I was going to let go since it was not intentional and accidents happen. After speaking to the owner on the phone, we came to the agreement that he would simply reimburse me for the cost of the upgrade. However, I proceeded to go to the store to retrieve my reimbursement, and when I arrived, the employee present had no knowledge of our agreement. He called the owner to verify my claim, and when he returned he gave me receipt with my reimbursement. The amount on the receipt was only 1/4 of the amount that the owner and I had agreed on. The employee then called the owner again after I told him that it was the wrong amount. The owner argued with me until I told him that I was going to call my credit card company to cancel the transaction. It was not until then that he gave me the proper amount of money back. Losing all of the documents of several years was bad enough for most people to file a law suit. However, as I stated above, I was going to let go. I am now very upset with the owners dishonesty.

Dropped off my phone around 1pm, they told me it would be done around 6/6:30 when they close. I reluctantly agreed because other shops told me they would be done in an hour or so but my brother in law insisted they were worth it. I work off of my phone so I was sitting around doing nothing for hours. They called my contact number and told us it would be about $50 more than the initial estimate which I understand mistakes are made and it was no big deal, we came to an agreement on price. They then told us they were working on it currently around 3 and it would be done soon. I went over there around 5 and walked around/waited until 6 when they came back with my phone looking/acting the exact same and told me they could not fix it and to take it somewhere else. Completely unprofessional how they held onto my phone for hours claiming to be working on it when I could have taken it elsewhere in the beginning. Would not come back if youre looking for honest repair.

Lying thieving cheating people. We had a tower at this location and it disappeared. Weve been trying to get it taken care of for over a year, only to find out recently that an employee was fired for stealing computers. Yet we were told because weve been waiting so long to get our computer back that is past their normal pickup period. We get nothing. So one of their employees probably stole our computer yet we get nothing in return. Also have been taking a laptop there for regular services had over $300 worth of repairs done to it but have had to return there 2 times a month for the past 3 months and yet they charge more money every time. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.

I had a great experience with David and Chris at PCG Performance Computer Group Brandon (in the same Bloomingdale plaza as Stein and Vine and the Post Office). I sold off some tech for a reasonable take and couldnt be happier. Chris made it clear that his offer stood in case I wanted to shop around a little bit, but I was content to accept his offer (and hello, who wants the hassle of shopping around *grin*). Anyway, great place. I very much recommend them!

Dropped off a laptop. Continued calling to check on status they continuously said it was on the bench to be looked at, we showed up more than 24 hours later after dropping off the laptop. We received no phone call no nothing. When we showed up the guy was like oh he told you what was wrong with it and how much it would cost right, he told me he called you. No one ever called us. Would not use again.

We took our gaming rig in for overheating and they replaced the fans. It was also shutting down. Our harddrive was starting to fail. There advise on how best to spend the budget to improve performance was excellent. It feels and runs like a new machine. All of the staff were friendly and knowledgable. I would use again in the future.

Dropped my laptop - thought the LED screen needed replaced. One of the helpful techs at PCG noticed a connection loose from the impact & repaired it, which fixed everything & then gave me an amazing price to do so= No more big box, these are the real pros. Thanks!!

These guys did a super job fixing my laptop. My laptop would not turn on and would not charge and I thought I would have to buy a new laptop but these guys were able to repair it and had me up and running in no time.
