I went to do a return for some items we received as wedding gifts a little while back. Unopened and extras we had received. I took a few things back twice. The first time I brought 3 things in to swap for a Vacuum Cleaner and when they typed in my license, it tracked more than 1 return because one of the items the manager claimed they did not carry after it clearly rang up for 20 bucks. Not sure why that was taken off. The next week we went to take the other 5 items back that we debated we did not need, I was denied because it had tracked 3 returns on my ID. So I called and a male manager told me they could fix that to bring the items back in. When I did, he had done left for the day and the other employees and manager thought I was totally crazy because at that point was showing 4 returns on my ID. Needless to say, it got fixed after someone called the manager I spoke to. It took an hour. When I lived in Kingsport and had to swap out some christmas gifts a few years ago, I never had problems like that. This had been the first time. I was dissatisfied that they did not believe me at all about speaking with someone prior to coming in.

The employees dont care about their work, their appearance, nor the reputation of their company. Problems that plague my visits: Products are often damaged and and left on the shelf for weeks despite the obvious blemish. Products are often mislabeled or just thrown in to an empty spot on the shelf without bothering to change the label. Their Equate branded beauty items often leak. The same goes for the Equate brand household cleaners. The deli staff often dont reglove between tasks. Ive seen staff handle raw meat then go help another customer. Once, that other customer was me. I walked away. I no longer shop at the deli. Seeing a lady with open sores on her hands did it for me. Not every trip to this Wal-Mart is this bad and not all the employees are slackers. But most of my trips to this Wal-Mart leave me disappointed and frustrated. I go out of my way now to avoid shopping here. I feel that one star is generous. I tried once to reach out to the store manager but I was refused. The email address I was given was fake and I was told I could not phone or contact him directly.

They never have more than 3-4 lines open. You wait 10 minutes to get a front end manager to do any type of over ride or approval. I went early one morning thinking I could get in and out and still waited in line because they had a total of 2 lanes open. I also got my WIC from there for the first time the other day, and that will not happen again. Two of my items were not approved and the manager herself said o our tags are never right, do you wanna walk back there and get something else. I kindly said no thank you I have waited 10 minutes just to get a a manager to come over here so I could check out. I love Wal-Marts price match and savings catcher but I hate that the closest Wal-Mart to me is so bad.

If you go after 10pm be prepared to wait in line... Theres hardly ever more than one check out available.. The only nice employees are the younger ones... The others seem to think you are in their way. This is the worst walmart I have ever been in for customer service. Yes, they probably have everything you need, but if you do not like being treated like a burden instead of a customer I would go to the walmart at exit 7 where they at least have more than one checkout open and speak. This walmart truly makes you understand that they do not need your buisness so complaining will do you no good whatsoever. I just avoid it if I can.

This is the worst Walmart I have ever been at. They dont teach their employees anything about couponing and the managers in the front are so rude and laugh and joke about you when you ask them questions that they dont even know the answers to themselves. Everyone in the front of the store are all miserable and it shows. They treat people like garbage. If you are a couponer steer clear of this place because they will hate you. They are not very nice or even welcoming to couponers at all. How do these people still have their jobs???? I would have given less stars if it was an option.

Its Wal-Mart what can you say? My last visit was not fun at all. Many items I needed were out of stock. I overheard other customers saying the same thing. I couldnt find a few items that I needed and I couldnt find anyone to help me. It never fails every time I go there to purchase cosmetics I leave empty handed. I do wish they would do a better job of keeping the makeup full. After shopping at Wal-Mart no one wants to make another stop, thats the whole point of a super center right? Not a fan.

So un organized. Deli turned into a nasty cold dump, the black lady in deli seems to be the only nice hard worker who is polight . Others act as if you should not approach them. The produce is terrible as well and the make older pharmacist acts or has made me feel stupid for asking certain things like difference in things...very rude but I still shop there because its 2 minutes away.

I stop here because it is on my way home and the prices are a little cheaper. Most times you have to wait in a line for 15 minutes or longer. Management is always in sight but doesnt do anything to help out. They need to open more registers and turn the light on to let people know they are available to help them.

A associate in electronics that was very busy. Had customers in line had people with problems .i left a straight talk card that i paid for on counter he put it back on shelf . Someone had already took it off shelve . KEVIN TOOK CARE OF THIS PROBLEM AND EVERY ONE ELSES. THANK YOU GOOD JOB

So I called them bc I just got moved into my new house and I wanted to now if they sold stoves of refrigerators bc my house didnt have either of those and they said "Im calling the police if this is a prank call" and I wasnt satisfied at all with how they treated me bc it wasnt a prank call

Has a lot of merchandise and the employees are willing to help when asked but from time to time its really hard to find stuff, it seems like some items arent grouped in the same category as other super-centers department stores and grocery stores.

I had a website purchase to pick up at the store. I was greeted immediately and as she went to get my package, two other extremely friendly employees (one looked like a manager) stopped by to make sure I had been helped.

They need more check out workers, also there cloths have all picks and holes,so be careful, also they need new buggies,.they also need to know there jobs, like they. Need to not be rude and know there job.thanks
