Excellent customer service. Some of the friendliest staff youll ever have the pleasure of dealing with. Selection can be sparse at times (where used games are concerned) but employees are always ready with suggestions for an alternate game to make your trip worthwhile.

Poor variety, like all game stops they try to push off used games for new, new games are suppose to have cellophane wrapped around them. They give you a small fraction of what your game is worth when you turn one in . Buy from Amazon instead, stay clear of this place.

Been going to this place since 2009. I can honestly tell you its the best place in the area to get your gaming needs. The employees dont force feed you preorders nor make you go for used over new. This Gamestop definitely delivers amazing service unlike the others.

I usually hate gamestop but this one is really nice. I wanted to pre-order a game for a birthday gift but the clerk was nice enough to just sell it to me in advance of the release date so I wouldnt have to make another long trip. Always very friendly!

They need to answer the phone!!! We have been trying to call them for 2 days and the phone goes to a fax tone after a couple rings...there are other stores that I am going to call.
