My bill went down by $20 from switching to Sprint from Verizon and Im getting a better plan. Also, the girl at the Sprint store that I worked with, Michelle, was AMAZING!! She was super helpful and knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions and set my service up with no issues. I was amazed at how easy and smooth the entire transaction was and I will definitely be recommending Sprint to everyone.

The salesman suckered my wife into getting a crap phone. When i came came to exchange it, and get thier promo discount of 200$ per line ( i have 2 ). He told me he couldnt do it any longer and the promo was over. He offered me the promo that day and they still had all their banners up offering the deal. Still no credit to my account. What a bunch of scammers!

Michelle was amazing....came into the store when it was dead after a few minutes she had three customers and no help. She juggled us perfectly and made everyone feel important. i never write a review but i had to because it was the best customer service i have received in a very long time!!! wish i could give her a 6th star!!
