Twas the night before Christmas Eve" My husband and I went to this store last night at approximately 10:15 pm. There were barely any shopping carts in the store. We selected our small amount of items and headed to the cashier. There were r perhaps 6 cashiers open with lines down the the aisles.. We selected our line about 6 customers in line and waited. As we were 2 customers away from finally making our purchase, I noticed the cashier behind ours turned off her light then the cashier down the same checkout aisle and then it happened. Our cashier turned off her light and said " this is my last customer!" What? The line is now about 12 deep, no warning., no closing off the aisle no opening another line, no assistance to move us to another line . The only place to go was to completely back out and start over with one of the remaining 3 cashiers. I went to speak to a manager, Tony Montgomery, about the situation and his customers and he simply said that his cashiers ended their shift. All in the samd vicinity at once? With three left, no warning to the customers standing in line, no planning for 3 to close at once? "Thats right he said." No care whatsoever. I asked for his manager and his response wasnt clear if his or any other manager was in the store or not. He did give me his name though, Tony Lawrence. He acted as nothing should be upsetting to his customers. As you can imagine we and other customers left their carts and walked away. You did not get my hard earned money but you did rob me of my time, aggravated me during one of the best holidays and gave me further disgust for Walmart. As for our future shopping? Public or target for us!

Well I Worked for this joke of a store. Have been asking my stupid superviser which was a joke. Vicky to FIX my light which was out when i started. So I could put the bikes together. Was told 6 different time would take care of it. To be completely engorged. Finally ask if i could fix it sence my request were going unenorge. SHE SAID YES!!! And told here I would have to clime on the steel racks. SHE SAID AGAIN YES I will just turn my head. And next thing I know when aready up there fixing there light. All of a suddon the big boss and his little side kick walked in. Matt mumbled to his little side kick FIRE HIM. Before any questions were asked ok asking me why i was up there to begain with. Well could you imagine his face when he found out!!!. Then was let go from Walmart in brandon FL very pour on there performance and now have filed suit and rongfull termination and also crimmal line too. Its called ENTRAPMENT which is against the law.So be ware of this practices and if i were you iwould not work here at all. Now i know why thay shut them down the first time. I feel that should happen again but this time. KEEP IT CLOSE.

Have to park very far away or wait a long time for closer parking. The scooters hardly ever work because they dont get charged enough. They are out of items all the time. Boxes and other things are opened and left on the shelves. We bought a Chromecast and the box was empty - had to wait in a long line to get one with the item actually in it. They refused to sell me liquor because my 30 year old nephew didnt have his ID with him even though he wasnt buying it and wasnt even in line with me. Kids run rampant through out the store and ride the handicapped scooters for fun. I bought hair color and there were things missing out of it - had to stand in line again to get one that actually had what was supposed to be in it. They cut off the jewelry section - Im assuming because people keep stealing from them so often. Have to wait in long lines to pay for items. Have to wait a long time to exit the parking lot because they only have one lane to exit, so if someone is turning left - it takes a ridiculous amount of time to cross the road. I try to avoid this store when ever possible. I hate this Walmart!

I couldnt believe the experience I had at this Walmart. I have read that it is bad came to find out it is even worse than I had anticipated. I went up there to inquire about something that I wanted to buy with site to store. Took forever for someone to come and help me after I asked for help. Once an employee got to me finally he only could tell me nope cant do that when I wanted to purchase an item that was in stock when using site to store. He told me to change it to another store. I was like why would I do that when I am here and it is in stock. After a unnecessarily long conversation I asked him if he could get the manager to come here. That was a huge mistake on my part. The ego of this manager was through the roof. She was extremely unprofessional by talking to me in a belittling manner the entire time. Arguing with me on what I physically saw in front of me. My mind was blown. I just literally walked away as I couldnt handle her stupidity anymore.

Ah, Garners Ferry Wal-Mart. Look, I come here because I like Wal-Mart and their prices and selection, in general. I dont care for this particular location, but its whats closest to me. Theres nothing wrong with the store itself, but a lot of the employees really leave something to be desired. Not all of them, of course. But a fair amount of them will just ignore you and god forbid the person whos checking you out needs a supervisor to put their codes in. 90% of the time it takes forever. I returned a pair of earrings to the jewelry counter a little over a month ago and between myself and the lady in front of me, I spent well over 30 minutes just waiting around for a supervisor to come and put their code in for her return and then my own. The lady running the jewelry counter paged and paged and paged and nobody would come. Ive never seen anything like it

The DVD your referring to is called Jennifers Body. Its a horror flick about a demon possessed college girl... Hence the cheer leading outfit shes wearing on the cover. Its unrated... Not rated mature! However... I will acknowledge however that the checkouts at this walmart are in fact ALWAYS understaffed... This walmart is ALWAYS busy yet there are NEVER enough cashiers. Also they tend to be out of certain food items that I buy every time I shop there regardless of the time I go. You guys said it yourself in the bottom review there... "accounts for more than $200 billion in annual sales" Pay a few more cashiers and couple more people to stock shelves! Oh and at the Tire shop people... Why would you ever take your Car, typically the second most valuable property a person owns, to Walmart for tires and service!! What do you expect!?!

I have never had an issue returning anything at Walmart stores until I came to this store. I received a gift and wanted to return it or exchange it. I had no receipt because it was a gift. I had heard the item was of poor quality and never even opened the package. The people at the return counter absolutely refused to even give me a credit and insisted I needed a receipt. Kenny (store manager) came to the front and was also very rude and refused my request for store credit because it was an electronic item. (UNOPENED) I decided to call corporate and then got a call from another store manager saying to bring it back. Second trip back they still tried to deny me until I told them I was going to call corporate again. Attitude changed and finally gave me my credit...They Suck, Never again will I shop at this store
